Génesis 15

E fugli detto: Tu dèi fin d'adesso sapere, che la tua stirpe sarà pellegrina in una terra non sua, e li porranno in ischiavitù, e gli strazieranno per quattrocent'anni.

Entonces dijo á Abram: Ten por cierto que tu simiente será peregrina en tierra no suya, y servirá á los de allí, y serán por ellos afligidos cuatrocientos años.

And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;

He said to Abram, “Know for sure that your offspring will live as foreigners in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them. They will afflict them four hundred years.
