Génesis 13

Uscì adunque Abramo di Egitto con la sua moglie, e con tutto il suo, e insieme con lui Lot, andando verso il mezzodiì.

SUBIÓ, pues, Abram de Egipto hacia el Mediodía, él, y su mujer, con todo lo que tenía, y con él Lot.

And Abram went up out of Egypt, he, and his wife, and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the south.

Ed egli era molto ricco di oro e d'argento.

Y Abram era riquísimo en ganado, en plata y oro.

And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

E tornò per la strada, per cui era andato, da mezzodì verso Bethel fino al luogo, dove prima avea piantato il padiglione tra Bethel, e Hai:

Y volvió por sus jornadas de la parte del Mediodía hacia Bethel, hasta el lugar donde había estado antes su tienda entre Bethel y Hai;

And he went on his journeys from the south even to Beth-el, unto the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Beth-el and Hai;

Nel luogo dove avea già fatto l'altare, e ivi invocò il nome del Signore.

Al lugar del altar que había hecho allí antes: é invocó allí Abram el nombre de Jehová.

Unto the place of the altar, which he had made there at the first: and there Abram called on the name of the LORD.

Ma anche Lot, che era con Abramo, avea greggi di pecore, e armenti, e tende.

Y asimismo Lot, que andaba con Abram, tenía ovejas, y vacas, y tiendas.

And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents.

E la terra non potea capirli, abitando eglino insieme: perocché aveano molte facoltà, e non potevano stare in un medesimo luogo.

Y la tierra no podía darles para que habitasen juntos: porque su hacienda era mucha, y no podían morar en un mismo lugar.

And the land was not able to bear them, that they might dwell together: for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell together.

Per la qual cosa ne nacque anche rissa tra' pastori de' greggi d'Abramo, e quei di Lot. E in quel tempo abitavano in quella terra il Cananeo, e il Ferezeo.

Y hubo contienda entre los pastores del ganado de Abram y los pastores del ganado de Lot: y el Cananeo y el Pherezeo habitaban entonces en la tierra.

And there was a strife between the herdmen of Abram’s cattle and the herdmen of Lot’s cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the land.

There was strife between the herdsmen of Abram’s livestock and the herdsmen of Lot’s livestock. The Canaanites and the Perizzites lived in the land at that time.

Disse adunque Abramo a Lot: Di grazia non nasca altercazione tra me, e te, e tra' miei pastori, e i tuoi pastori: perocché noi siam fratelli.

Entonces Abram dijo á Lot: No haya ahora altercado entre mí y ti, entre mis pastores y los tuyos, porque somos hermanos.

And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren.

Abram said to Lot, “Please, let there be no strife between you and me, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen; for we are relatives.

Ecco dinanzi a te tutta questa terra: allontanati, ti prego, da me: se tu andrai a sinistra, io terrò a destra; se tu sceglierai a destra, io andrò a sinistra.

¿No está toda la tierra delante de ti? Yo te ruego que te apartes de mí. Si fueres á la mano izquierda, yo iré á la derecha: y si tú á la derecha, yo iré á la izquierda.

Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.

Isn’t the whole land before you? Please separate yourself from me. If you go to the left hand, then I will go to the right. Or if you go to the right hand, then I will go to the left.”

Lot adunque alzati gli occhi, vide tutta la regione intorno al Giordano, per dove si va a Segor, la quale era tutta inaffiata, come il paradiso del Signore, e come l'Egitto prima che il Signore smantellasse Sodoma e Gomorra.

Y alzó Lot sus ojos, y vió toda la llanura del Jordán, que toda ella era de riego, antes que destruyese Jehová á Sodoma y á Gomorra, como el huerto de Jehová, como la tierra de Egipto entrando en Zoar.

And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar.

Lot lifted up his eyes, and saw all the plain of the Jordan, that it was well-watered everywhere, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as you go to Zoar.

E Lot si elesse il paese intorno al Giordano, e si ritirò dall'oriente: e si separarono l'uno dall'altro.

Entonces Lot escogió para sí toda la llanura del Jordán: y partióse Lot de Oriente, y apartáronse el uno del otro.

Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.

So Lot chose the Plain of the Jordan for himself. Lot traveled east, and they separated themselves from one another.

Abramo abitò nella terra di Chanaan: e Lot stava per le città, che erano intorno al Giordano, e pose stanza in Sodoma.

Abram asentó en la tierra de Canaán, y Lot asentó en las ciudades de la llanura, y fué poniendo sus tiendas hasta Sodoma.

Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.

Abram lived in the land of Canaan, and Lot lived in the cities of the plain, and moved his tent as far as Sodom.

Ma gli uomini di Sodoma erano pessimi, e formisura peccatori dinanzi a Dio.

Mas los hombres de Sodoma eran malos y pecadores para con Jehová en gran manera.

But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.

Now the men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked and sinners against the LORD.

E il Signore disse ad Abramo, dopo che Lot fu separato da lui: Alza gli occhi tuoi, e mira dal luogo dove sei ora, a settentrione, a mezzodì, a levante, e all'occidente.

Y Jehová dijo á Abram, después que Lot se apartó de él: Alza ahora tus ojos, y mira desde el lugar donde estás hacia el Aquilón, y al Mediodía, y al Oriente y al Occidente;

And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:

The LORD said to Abram, after Lot was separated from him, “Now, lift up your eyes, and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward,

Tutta la terra, che tu vedi, la darò a te, e a' tuoi posteri fino in eterno.

Porque toda la tierra que ves, la daré á ti y á tu simiente para siempre.

For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

for I will give all the land which you see to you and to your offspring forever.

E moltiplicherò la tua stirpe, come la polvere della terra: se alcuno degli uomini può contare i granelli della polvere della terra, potrà anche contare i tuoi posteri.

Y haré tu simiente como el polvo de la tierra: que si alguno podrá contar el polvo de la tierra, también tu simiente será contada.

And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.

I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if a man can count the dust of the earth, then your offspring may also be counted.

Levati su, e scorri la terra, quant'ella è lunga, e quanto è larga: perocché a te io la darò.

Levántate, ve por la tierra á lo largo de ella y á su ancho; porque á ti la tengo de dar.

Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.

Arise, walk through the land in its length and in its width; for I will give it to you.”

Abramo adunque mosse il suo padiglione, e andò ad abitare presso la valle di Mambre, che è in Hebron: ed ivi edificò un altare al Signore. Vinti i cinque re, e saccheggiata Sodoma, i quattro re vincitori menano schiavo Lot colla maggior parte de’ tuoi; ma Abramo insegue, e ripiglia i prigionieri, e la preda; e lieto della vittoria dà la decima a Melchisedecco, dei quale riceve la benedizione, e rende ogni cosa al re di Sodoma.

Abram, pues, removiendo su tienda, vino y moró en el alcornocal de Mamre, que es en Hebrón, y edificó allí altar á Jehová.

Then Abram removed his tent, and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the LORD.

Abram moved his tent, and came and lived by the oaks of Mamre, which are in Hebron, and built an altar there to the LORD.
