Heber wurden zwei Söhne geboren; einer hieß Peleg, weil zu seiner Zeit die Menschheit sich zerteilte, und sein Bruder hieß Joktan. (1) d.i. Teilung.

Y á Heber nacieron dos hijos: el nombre del uno fué Peleg, porque en sus días fué repartida la tierra; y el nombre de su hermano, Joctán.

And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
