Il naquit à Héber deux fils. Le nom de l'un était Péleg, car de son temps la terre fut partagée. Le nom de son frère était Jokthan.

Y á Heber nacieron dos hijos: el nombre del uno fué Peleg, porque en sus días fué repartida la tierra; y el nombre de su hermano, Joctán.

And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
