Gálatas 1

Pablo, un ápostol, no de hombres ni por la mano de hombres sino por medio de Jesucristo y Dios el Padre, quien lo levantó de los muertos,

PABLO, apóstol, (no de los hombres, ni por hombre, mas por Jesucristo y por Dios el Padre, que lo resucitó de los muertos),

Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)

Paul, an apostle—not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—

y todos los hermanos conmigo, a las iglesias de Galacia:

Y todos los hermanos que están conmigo, á las iglesias de Galacia:

And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:

and all the brothers who are with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:

La gracia sea para ustedes y la paz de Dios nuestro Padre y el Señor Jesucristo,

Gracia sea á vosotros, y paz de Dios el Padre, y de nuestro Señor Jesucristo,

Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,

Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,

Que se entregó a Sí mismo por nuestros pecados, para poder salvarnos de este presente tiempo malvado, según la voluntad de nuestro Dios y Padre,

El cual se dió á sí mismo por nuestros pecados para librarnos de este presente siglo malo, conforme á la voluntad de Dios y Padre nuestro;

Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father—

a Él sea la gloria por siempre y siempre. Amén.

Al cual sea la gloria por siglos de siglos. Amén.

To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Estoy asombrado que ustedes se están alejando de Él que los llamó por la gracia de Cristo. Estoy asombrado de que ustedes se están cambiando a un evangelio diferente.

Estoy maravillado de que tan pronto os hayáis traspasado del que os llamó á la gracia de Cristo, á otro evangelio:

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different “good news”,

Esto no es decir que haya otro evangelio, pero hay algunos hombres que les causan problemas a ustedes y quieren cambiar el evangelio de Cristo.

No que hay otro, sino que hay algunos que os inquietan, y quieren pervertir el evangelio de Cristo.

Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

but there isn’t another “good news.” Only there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.

Pero aún si nosotros, o un ángel del cielo, les anunciara otro evangelio diferente al que nosotros les proclamamos, ése sea maldito.

Mas aun si nosotros ó un ángel del cielo os anunciare otro evangelio del que os hemos anunciado, sea anatema.

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any “good news” other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.

Como hemos dicho antes, así ahora vuelvo a decir: "Si alguno les proclama a ustedes un evangelio que no sea el que ustedes recibieron, ése sea maldito."

Como antes hemos dicho, también ahora decimos otra vez: Si alguno os anunciare otro evangelio del que habéis recibido, sea anatema.

As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

As we have said before, so I now say again: if any man preaches to you any “good news” other than that which you received, let him be cursed.

Pues, ¿estoy buscando ahora la aprobación de los hombres o de Dios? ¿Estoy buscando complacer a los hombres? Si aún estoy tratando de complacer a los hombres, yo no soy un siervo de Cristo.

Porque, ¿persuado yo ahora á hombres ó á Dios? ¿ó busco de agradar á hombres? Cierto, que si todavía agradara á los hombres, no sería siervo de Cristo.

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ.

Porque quiero que sepan, hermanos, que el evangelio que yo proclamé no es un evangelio de hombre.

Mas os hago saber, hermanos, que el evangelio que ha sido anunciado por mí, no es según hombre;

But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.

But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not according to man.

Yo no lo recibí de ningún hombre, ni me lo enseñaron. Por lo contrario, fue por revelación de Jesucristo a mí.

Pues ni yo lo recibí, ni lo aprendí de hombre, sino por revelación de Jesucristo.

For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

For I didn’t receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.

Ustedes han escuchado acerca de mi vida pasada en el judaísmo, cómo yo perseguía a la iglesia de Dios sin medida y yo estaba tratando de destruirla.

Porque ya habéis oído acerca de mi conducta otro tiempo en el Judaismo, que perseguía sobremanera la iglesia de Dios, y la destruía;

For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:

For you have heard of my way of living in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God and ravaged it.

Yo avanzaba en el judaísmo más allá que muchos de los que eran de mi propia edad, de los de mi propio pueblo. Así de extremadamente celoso era yo de las tradiciones de mis padres.

Y aprovechaba en el Judaismo sobre muchos de mis iguales en mi nación, siendo muy más celador que todos de las tradiciones de mis padres.

And profited in the Jews’ religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.

I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of my own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.

Pero cuando Dios, Quien me habia separado desde el vientre de mi madre, y Quien me llamó por Su gracia,

Mas cuando plugo á Dios, que me apartó desde el vientre de mi madre, y me llamó por su gracia,

But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,

But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through his grace,

se complació en revelar a su Hijo en mí, para que yo lo anunciara a Él entre los gentiles, yo no consulté inmediatamente con carne ni sangre.

Revelar á su Hijo en mí, para que le predicase entre los Gentiles, luego no conferí con carne y sangre;

To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I didn’t immediately confer with flesh and blood,

Yo no subí a Jerusalén a aquellos que habían llegado a ser apóstoles antes de mí, sino que fui a Arabia y después regresé a Damasco.

Ni fuí á Jerusalem á los que eran apóstoles antes que yo; sino que me fuí á la Arabia, y volví de nuevo á Damasco.

Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.

nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.

Luego después de tres años fui a Jerusalén a conocer a Cefas, y me quedé con él quince días.

Después, pasados tres años, fuí á Jerusalem á ver á Pedro, y estuve con él quince días.

Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.

Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.

Pero no ví a ninguno de los otros apóstoles, excepto a Santiago, el hermano del Señor.

Mas á ningún otro de los apóstoles vi, sino á Jacobo el hermano del Señor.

But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord’s brother.

But of the other apostles I saw no one except James, the Lord’s brother.

En lo que les escribo, yo les aseguro delante de Dios que yo no estoy mintiendo.

Y en esto que os escribo, he aquí, delante de Dios, no miento.

Now the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not.

Now about the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I’m not lying.

Después fui a las regiones de Siria y Cilicia.

Después fuí á las partes de Siria y de Cilicia;

Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia;

Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.

Yo todavía no era conocido personalmente por las iglesias de Judea que están en Cristo.

Y no era conocido de vista á las iglesias de Judea, que eran en Cristo;

And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ:

I was still unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea which were in Christ,

Ellas solamente escuchaban decir: "El hombre que una vez nos perseguía, ahora está proclamando la fe que una vez trató de destruir."

Solamente habían oído decir: Aquel que en otro tiempo nos perseguía, ahora anuncia la fe que en otro tiempo destruía.

But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.

but they only heard, “He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy.”

Así que ellos glorificaban a Dios por causa mía.

Y glorificaban á Dios en mí.

And they glorified God in me.

So they glorified God in me.
