Porque siervos somos; mas en nuestra servidumbre no nos ha desamparado nuestro Dios, sino que extendió sobre nosotros su misericordia delante de los reyes de Persia, para darnos vida para levantar la casa de nuestro Dios y restaurar sus ruinas, y para darnos un muro en Judá y en Jerusalén.
Porque siervos éramos: mas en nuestra servidumbre no nos desamparó nuestro Dios, antes inclinó sobre nosotros misericordia delante de los reyes de Persia, para que se nos diese vida para alzar la casa de nuestro Dios, y para hacer restaurar sus asolamientos, y para darnos vallado en Judá y en Jerusalem.
For we were bondmen; yet our God hath not forsaken us in our bondage, but hath extended mercy unto us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem.
