Desde los días de nuestros ancestros hasta ahora hemos estado en gran culpa. En nuestros pecados, nosotros, nuestros reyes, y nuestros sacerdotes fuimos entregados en las manos de los reyes de este mundo, a la espada, al cautiverio, y al saqueo y rostros avergonzados, como lo estamos hoy.
Desde los días de nuestros padres hasta este día estamos en grande culpa; y por nuestras iniquidades nosotros, nuestros reyes, y nuestros sacerdotes, hemos sido entregados en manos de los reyes de las tierras, á cuchillo, á cautiverio, y á robo, y á confusión de rostro, como hoy día.
