Ma Zorobabel, e Josuè, e tutti gli altri capi delle famiglie d'Israele disser loro: Noi non possiamo edificare con voi la casa al nostro Dio, ma noi soli la edificheremo al Signore Dio nostro, come ha comandato a noi Ciro re di Persia.
Y díjoles Zorobabel, y Jesuá, y los demás cabezas de los padres de Israel: No nos conviene edificar con vosotros casa á nuestro Dios, sino que nosotros solos la edificaremos á Jehová Dios de Israel, como nos mandó el rey Ciro, rey de Persia.
But Zerubbabel, and Jeshua, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel, said unto them, Ye have nothing to do with us to build an house unto our God; but we ourselves together will build unto the LORD God of Israel, as king Cyrus the king of Persia hath commanded us.
