Entonces dije yo: “¡Ay Señor, Yahvé! mira que mi alma nunca ha sido contaminada, y desde mi infancia hasta ahora no he comido cosa mortecina ni despedazada (por fieras), y jamás ha entrado en mi boca carne inmunda.”
Y dije: ¡Ah Señor Jehová! he aquí que mi alma no es inmunda, ni nunca desde mi mocedad hasta este tiempo comí cosa mortecina ni despedazada, ni nunca en mi boca entró carne inmunda.
Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn in pieces; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.
Then I said, “Ah Lord GOD! Behold, my soul has not been polluted; for from my youth up even until now I have not eaten of that which dies of itself, or is torn of animals. No abominable meat has come into my mouth!”
