Und er maß abermals tausend Ellen; da wars ein Fluß geworden, den ich nicht durchschreiten konnte. Denn das Wasser war zu hoch - Wasser, daß man durchschwimmen mußte, - ein Fluß, den man nicht mehr durchschreiten konnte.
