18Der Fürst darf aber nichts von dem Erbbesitz des Volkes nehmen, indem er sie mit Gewalt von ihrem Eigentum vertreibt; von seinem eignen Besitz soll er seine Söhne erben lassen, damit niemand in meinem Volke von seinem Eigentum verdrängt werde.
