18Von dem Grundbesitz des Volkes aber darf der Fürst nichts wegnehmen, so daß er sie gewaltsam aus ihrem Eigentum verdrängt. Von seinem eigenen Besitz mag er seine Söhne mit vererblichem Grundbesitz ausstatten, damit niemand von den zu meinem Volk Gehörigen aus seinem Eigentum verdrängt wird.«
