17Die große Umfriedigung hatte vierzehn Ellen Länge bei vierzehn Ellen Breite, so daß ihre vier Seiten ein Quadrat bildeten; und die Randleiste rings um sie herum war eine halbe Elle breit und die Grundeinfassung an ihr eine Elle (breit) ringsum. Die Stufen des Altars aber befanden sich auf der Ostseite.

17And the settle shall be fourteen cubits long and fourteen broad in the four squares thereof; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and the bottom thereof shall be a cubit about; and his stairs shall look toward the east.
