1Dann führte er mich gegen Norden zum äußern Vorhofe und brachte mich zu den Gemächern, die dem Platz und dem Gebäude gegen Norden vorgelagert waren,
2derart, daß ihre hundert Ellen lange Seite an dem Nordtor war, und fünfzig Ellen war die Breite.
3Denn zwanzig Ellen fielen auf den innern Vorhof ab und soviel auf das Pflaster, das im äußern Vorhof war, dazu Altanen auf drei Seiten.
4Denn vor den Zellen her lief ein zehn Ellen breiter Gang ins Innere. Der eigentliche Weg war eine Elle breit, und ihre Türen gingen gegen Norden.
5Die oberen Gemächer waren niedriger - denn die Altanen nahmen Raum von ihnen - als die unteren und mittleren des Baus.
6Sie lagen nämlich dreifach aufeinander und hatten keine Pfeiler wie die Vorhöfe. Drum war die Grundfläche mehr eingezogen als bei den unteren und mittleren.
7Die Mauer außen, an die Gemächer stießen, die nach dem äußern Hofe vor den Zellen lief, betrug in ihrer Länge fünfzig Ellen.
8Denn die Gemächer an dem äußern Hofe waren fünfzig Ellen lang, wie die dem Tempel zugekehrte Seite hundert Ellen maß.
9Von untenher ging man zu diesen Zellen ein, von Osten her für den, der aus dem äußern Vorhof sie betritt.
10Und an der breiten Vorhofmauer gegen Osten zu, gerade vor dem Platze und dem Bauwerk waren Zellen.
11Es war ein Gang vor ihnen wie vor den Zellen an der Nordseite, und wie bei jenen waren Länge, Breite, Ausgänge nach Schwellen und nach Türen gleich beschaffen.
12So waren auch die Türen der nach Süden zu gelegenen Gemächer. Am Anbeginn des Gangs lag eine Tür, des Gangs an der geraden Mauer, die gegen Osten schaut, beim Aufgang.
13Er sprach zu mir: "Die Zellen gegen Norden und die gegen Süden, die vor dem Platze liegen, sind heilige Gemächer, worin die Priester, die dem Herrn sich nähern dürfen, Hochheiliges verzehren, und wo sie das Hochheilige verwahren sollen, das Speise-, Sünd- und Schuldopfer. Der Ort ist nämlich heilig.
14Und sind die Priester eingetreten, dann sollen sie nicht aus dem Heiligtum zum äußern Vorhof gehen. Sie sollen vielmehr hier die Kleider niederlegen, in denen sie den Dienst verrichten; denn sie sind heilig. Sie sollen sich in andere Gewänder kleiden, wenn sie zu dem fürs Volk bestimmten Platze gehen."
15Er hörte nunmehr auf, das innere Gebäude auszumessen. Dann führte er mich durch das Tor hinaus, das gegen Osten lag, und maß es ringsherum.
16Er maß die Morgenseite mit dem Maßstabe: fünfhundert Ellen nach dem Maßstab. Dann ging er hin
17und maß die Nordseite: fünfhundert Ellen nach dem Maßstab. Dann ging er hin
18und maß die Südseite: fünfhundert Ellen nach dem Maßstab.
19Dann ging er zu der Westseite und maß: fünfhundert Ellen nach dem Maßstab.
20Nach den vier Winden maß er's aus. Es hatte aber eine Mauer ringsherum: fünfhundert in der Länge, fünfhundert in der Breite, um so das Heilige von dem Gemeinen abzusondern.

1SACÓME luego al atrio de afuera hacia el norte, y llevóme á la cámara que estaba delante del espacio que quedaba enfrente del edificio de hacia el norte.
2Por delante de la puerta del norte su longitud era de cien codos, y la anchura de cincuenta codos.
3Frente á los veinte codos que había en el atrio de adentro, y enfrente del solado que había en al atrio exterior, estaban las cámaras, las unas enfrente de las otras en tres pisos.
4Y delante de las cámaras había un corredor de diez codos de ancho á la parte de adentro, con viaje de un codo; y sus puertas hacia el norte.
5Y las cámaras más altas eran más estrechas; porque las galerías quitaban de ellas más que de las bajas y de las de en medio del edificio:
6Porque estaban en tres pisos, y no tenían columnas como las columnas de los atrios: por tanto, eran más estrechas que las de abajo y las del medio desde el suelo.
7Y el muro que estaba afuera enfrente de las cámaras, hacia el atrio exterior delante de las cámaras, tenía cincuenta codos de largo.
8Porque la longitud de las cámaras del atrio de afuera era de cincuenta codos: y delante de la fachada del templo había cien codos.
9Y debajo de las cámaras estaba la entrada al lado oriental, para entrar en él desde el atrio de afuera.
10A lo largo del muro del atrio hacia el oriente, enfrente de la lonja, y delante del edificio, había cámaras.
11Y el corredor que había delante de ellas era semejante al de las cámaras que estaban hacia el norte, conforme á su longitud, asimismo su anchura, y todas sus salidas; conforme á sus puertas, y conforme á sus entradas.
12Y conforme á las puertas de las cámaras que estaban hacia el mediodía, tenía una puerta al principio del camino, del camino delante del muro hacia el oriente á los que entran.
13Y díjome: Las cámaras del norte y las del mediodía, que están delante de la lonja, son cámaras santas, en las cuales los sacerdotes que se acercan á Jehová comerán las santas ofrendas: allí pondrán las ofrendas santas, y el presente, y la expiación, y el sacrificio por el pecado: porque el lugar es santo.
14Cuando los sacerdotes entraren, no saldrán del lugar santo al atrio de afuera, sino que allí dejarán sus vestimentas con que ministrarán, porque son santas; y vestiránse otros vestidos, y así se allegarán á lo que es del pueblo.
15Y luego que acabó las medidas de la casa de adentro, sacóme por el camino de la puerta que miraba hacia el oriente, y midiólo todo alrededor.
16Midió el lado oriental con la caña de medir, quinientas cañas de la caña de medir en derredor.
17Midió al lado del norte, quinientas cañas de la caña de medir alrededor.
18Midió al lado del mediodía, quinientas cañas de la caña de medir.
19Rodeó al lado del occidente, y midió quinientas cañas de la caña de medir.
20A los cuatro lados lo midió; tuvo el muro todo alrededor quinientas cañas de longitud, y quinientas cañas de anchura, para hacer separación entre el santuario y el lugar profano.

1Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the chamber that was over against the separate place, and which was before the building toward the north.
2Before the length of an hundred cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits.
3Over against the twenty cubits which were for the inner court, and over against the pavement which was for the utter court, was gallery against gallery in three stories.
4And before the chambers was a walk of ten cubits breadth inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors toward the north.
5Now the upper chambers were shorter: for the galleries were higher than these, than the lower, and than the middlemost of the building.
6For they were in three stories, but had not pillars as the pillars of the courts: therefore the building was straitened more than the lowest and the middlemost from the ground.
7And the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof was fifty cubits.
8For the length of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the temple were an hundred cubits.
9And from under these chambers was the entry on the east side, as one goeth into them from the utter court.
10The chambers were in the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, over against the separate place, and over against the building.
11And the way before them was like the appearance of the chambers which were toward the north, as long as they, and as broad as they: and all their goings out were both according to their fashions, and according to their doors.
12And according to the doors of the chambers that were toward the south was a door in the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one entereth into them.
13Then said he unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they be holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the most holy things: there shall they lay the most holy things, and the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.
14When the priests enter therein, then shall they not go out of the holy place into the utter court, but there they shall lay their garments wherein they minister; for they are holy; and shall put on other garments, and shall approach to those things which are for the people.
15Now when he had made an end of measuring the inner house, he brought me forth toward the gate whose prospect is toward the east, and measured it round about.
16He measured the east side with the measuring reed, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed round about.
17He measured the north side, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed round about.
18He measured the south side, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed.
19He turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.
20He measured it by the four sides: it had a wall round about, five hundred reeds long, and five hundred broad, to make a separation between the sanctuary and the profane place.

1Then he brought me out into the outer court, the way toward the north. Then he brought me into the room that was opposite the separate place, and which was opposite the building toward the north.
2Facing the length of one hundred cubits was the north door, and the width was fifty cubits.
3Opposite the twenty cubits which belonged to the inner court, and opposite the pavement which belonged to the outer court, was gallery against gallery in the three stories.
4Before the rooms was a walk of ten cubits’ width inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors were toward the north.
5Now the upper rooms were shorter; for the galleries took away from these more than from the lower and the middle in the building.
6For they were in three stories, and they didn’t have pillars as the pillars of the courts. Therefore the uppermost was set back more than the lowest and the middle from the ground.
7The wall that was outside by the side of the rooms, toward the outer court before the rooms, was fifty cubits long.
8For the length of the rooms that were in the outer court was fifty cubits. Behold, those facing the temple were one hundred cubits.
9From under these rooms was the entry on the east side, as one goes into them from the outer court.
10In the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, before the separate place, and before the building, there were rooms.
11The way before them was like the appearance of the rooms which were toward the north. Their length and width were the same. All their exits had the same arrangement and doors.
12Like the doors of the rooms that were toward the south was a door at the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one enters into them.
13Then he said to me, “The north rooms and the south rooms, which are opposite the separate place, are the holy rooms, where the priests who are near to the LORD shall eat the most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, with the meal offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy.
14When the priests enter in, then they shall not go out of the holy place into the outer court until they lay their garments in which they minister there; for they are holy. Then they shall put on other garments, and shall approach that which is for the people.”
15Now when he had finished measuring the inner house, he brought me out by the way of the gate which faces toward the east, and measured it all around.
16He measured on the east side with the measuring reed five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed all around.
17He measured on the north side five hundred reeds with the measuring reed all around.
18He measured on the south side five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.
19He turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.
20He measured it on the four sides. It had a wall around it, the length five hundred cubits, and the width five hundred cubits, to make a separation between that which was holy and that which was common.
