18Quand j’aurai dit au méchant : tu mourras de mort, et que tu ne l’auras point averti, et que tu ne lui auras point parlé pour l’avertir de se garder de son méchant train, afin de lui sauver la vie ; ce méchant-là mourra dans son iniquité, mais je redemanderai son sang de ta main.

18When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

18When I tell the wicked, ‘You will surely die;’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that wicked man will die in his iniquity; but I will require his blood at your hand.
