8Wenn ich zum Frevler sage: "Du musst sterben!" und du sagst nichts, den Frevler vor seinem Wandel zu warnen, so wird der Frevler um seiner Schuld willen sterben, sein Blut aber fordere ich von dir.

8When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

8When I tell the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you will surely die,’ and you don’t speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man will die in his iniquity, but I will require his blood at your hand.
