1Am zwölften Tag des zehnten Monds im Jahre zehn erging das Wort des Herrn an mich:
2"Du, Melischensohn! Dein Antlitz richte gegen Pharao, Ägyptens König, und prophezeie gegen ihn und gegen ganz Ägypten!
3Und sprich: So spricht der Herr, der Herr: 'Ich will an dich, du Pharao, Ägyptens König, großes Krokodil, das mitten drin in seinen Strömen lagert und das gesagt: "Mein ist mein Strom; ich schuf ihn mir."
4Ich lege Haken jetzt in deine Kinnbacken und lasse deines Stromes Fische sich an deine Schuppen hängen; dann zieh ich dich aus deinem Strome mit all den Fischen deines Stromes, die fest an deinen Schuppen hängen.
5Ich werfe dich und alle Fische deines Stromes alsdann in die Wüste. Da bleibst du auf dem Felde liegen, nicht weggebracht, nicht aufgehoben. Dem Wild des Feldes und des Himmels Vögeln bestimme ich dich dann zum Fraß,
6damit, die in Ägypten wohnen, innewerden: Ich bin der Herr. Sie waren für das Haus von Israel ein Rohrstab.
7Wenn sie an deiner Hand dich faßten, so knicktest du zusammen, zerrissest ihnen ihre Schultern. Wenn sie auf dich sich stützten, gingst du in Stücke und machtest ihnen Schmerzen in der ganzen Hüfte.'
8Deshalb spricht so der Herr, der Herr: 'Ich bringe nun ein Schwert für dich und rotte Vieh und Menschen bei dir aus,
9daß das Ägypterland zur öden Wüste werde, damit sie innewerden: Ich bin der Herr. Gesagt hat es: "Mein ist der Strom und mein die Flotte, die ich aufgestellt."
10Deshalb will ich an dich und deinen Strom und mache das Ägypterland zur öden Wüste, von Migdol bis Syene hin, bis an Äthiopiens Grenzen.
11Kein Mensch soll's mehr durchwandern, nicht eines Tieres Fuß. Es bleibe vierzig Jahre unbewohnt.
12Ich mache das Ägypterland zur Wüste im Vergleich mit andern öden Ländern, und seine Städte liegen wie die andern öden Städte vierzig Jahre wüst. Zerstreuen will ich die Ägypter unter Heiden, und in die Länder hin versprenge ich sie jetzt.'
13Doch also spricht der Herr, der Herr: 'Nach vierzig Jahren sammle ich aus jenen Völkern die Ägypter wieder, wo sie in Zerstreuung lebten.
14Ich führe die gefangenen Ägypter wiederum zurück und bring sie nach dem Patrosland, nach ihrem Ursprungsland. Sie bilden dort jedoch ein schwaches Reich.
15Den andern Reichen gegenüber ist es schwach, damit sich's nimmer gegen Heidenvölker brüste. Ich mache sie ganz unbedeutend, damit sie nimmer über andere Heidenvölker herrschen.
16Das Haus von Israel vertraut fortan nicht mehr auf sie, der Schuld gedenkend, daß sie einst sich ihnen angeschlossen. So werden sie erkennen: Ich bin der Herr, der Herr.'"
17Am ersten Tag des ersten Monds im Jahre siebenundzwanzig erging das Wort des Herrn an mich:
18"Du Menschensohn! Nebukadrezar, Babels König, verlangte gegen Tyrus schweren Dienst von seinem Heer. Ein jeder Kopf ist kahl geworden und jede Schulter abgeschunden. Von Tyrus selbst ward ihm und seinem Heer kein Lohn für den daselbst vollzognen Dienst."
19Deshalb spricht so der Herr, der Herr: "Ich übergebe das Ägypterland dem Babelkönig, dem Nebukadrezar, auf daß er seinen Reichtum an sich nehme, raube, plündere, dies zur Belohnung für sein Heer.
20Als seinen Sold, um den es Dienst getan, will ich ihm das Ägypterland einräumen, weil sie für mich beschäftigt waren." Ein Spruch des Herrn, des Herrn.
21"An jenem Tage führe ich das Haus von Israel zu neuer Macht und öffne dir bei ihnen wieder deinen Mund, damit sie innewerden: Ich, ich bin der Herr."

1EN el año décimo, en el mes décimo, á los doce del mes, fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
2Hijo del hombre, pon tu rostro contra Faraón rey de Egipto, y profetiza contra él y contra todo Egipto.
3Habla, y di: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí yo contra ti, Faraón rey de Egipto, el gran dragón que yace en medio de sus ríos, el cual dijo: Mío es mi río, y yo me lo hice.
4Yo pues, pondré anzuelos en tus mejillas, y pegaré los peces de tus ríos á tus escamas, y te sacaré de en medio de tus ríos, y todos los peces de tus ríos saldrán pegados á tus escamas.
5Y dejaréte en el desierto, á ti y á todos los peces de tus ríos: sobre la haz del campo caerás; no serás recogido, ni serás juntado: á las bestias de la tierra y á las aves del cielo te he dado por comida.
6Y sabrán todos los moradores de Egipto que yo soy Jehová, por cuanto fueron bordón de caña á la casa de Israel.
7Cuando te tomaron con la mano, te quebraste, y les rompiste todo el hombro: y cuando se recostaron sobre ti, te quebraste, y los deslomaste enteramente.
8Por tanto, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí que yo traigo contra ti espada, y talaré de ti hombres y bestias.
9Y la tierra de Egipto será asolada y desierta: y sabrán que yo soy Jehová: porque dijo: Mi río, y yo lo hice.
10Por tanto, he aquí yo contra ti, y contra tus ríos; y pondré la tierra de Egipto en asolamientos de la soledad del desierto, desde Migdol hasta Seveneh, hasta el término de Etiopía.
11No pasará por ella pie de hombre, ni pie de bestia pasará por ella; ni será habitada por cuarenta años.
12Y pondré á la tierra de Egipto en soledad entre las tierras asoladas, y sus ciudades entre las ciudades destruídas estarán asoladas por cuarenta años: y esparciré á Egipto entre las gentes, y aventarélos por las tierras.
13Porque así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Al fin de cuarenta años juntaré á Egipto de los pueblos entre los cuales fueren esparcidos:
14Y tornaré á traer los cautivos de Egipto, y los volveré á la tierra de Patros, á la tierra de su habitación; y allí serán un reino bajo.
15En comparación de los otros reinos será humilde; ni más se alzará sobre las gentes: porque yo los disminuiré, para que no se enseñoreen en las gentes.
16Y no será más á la casa de Israel por confianza, que haga acordar el pecado, mirando en pos de ellos; y sabrán que yo soy el Señor Jehová.
17Y aconteció en el año veinte y siete, en el mes primero, al primero del mes, que fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
18Hijo del hombre, Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia hizo á su ejército prestar grande servicio contra Tiro. Toda cabeza se encalveció, y pelóse todo hombro; y ni para él ni para su ejército hubo paga de Tiro, por el servicio que prestó contra ella.
19Por tanto, así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: He aquí que yo doy á Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, la tierra de Egipto; y él tomará su multitud, y cogerá sus despojos, y arrebatará su presa, y habrá paga para su ejército.
20Por su trabajo con que sirvió contra ella le he dado la tierra de Egipto: porque trabajaron por mí, dice el Señor Jehová.
21En aquel tiempo haré reverdecer el cuerno á la casa de Israel, y te daré apertura de boca en medio de ellos; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.

1In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:
3Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
4But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.
5And I will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.
6And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
7When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
8Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.
9And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.
10Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.
11No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
12And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
13Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:
14And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.
15It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
16And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth their iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
17And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
18Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:
19Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
20I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord GOD.
21In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

1In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the LORD’s word came to me, saying,
2“Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.
3Speak and say, ‘The Lord GOD says: “Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lies in the middle of his rivers, that has said, ‘My river is my own, and I have made it for myself.’
4I will put hooks in your jaws, and I will make the fish of your rivers stick to your scales. I will bring you up out of the middle of your rivers, with all the fish of your rivers which stick to your scales.
5I’ll cast you out into the wilderness, you and all the fish of your rivers. You’ll fall on the open field. You won’t be brought together or gathered. I have given you for food to the animals of the earth and to the birds of the sky.
6“‘“All the inhabitants of Egypt will know that I am the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
7When they took hold of you by your hand, you broke and tore all their shoulders. When they leaned on you, you broke and paralyzed all of their thighs.”
8“‘Therefore the Lord GOD says: “Behold, I will bring a sword on you, and will cut off man and animal from you.
9The land of Egypt will be a desolation and a waste. Then they will know that I am the LORD. “‘“Because he has said, ‘The river is mine, and I have made it,’
10therefore, behold, I am against you and against your rivers. I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from the tower of Seveneh even to the border of Ethiopia.
11No foot of man will pass through it, nor will any animal foot pass through it. It won’t be inhabited for forty years.
12I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the middle of the countries that are desolate. Her cities among the cities that are laid waste will be a desolation forty years. I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.”
13“‘For the Lord GOD says: “At the end of forty years I will gather the Egyptians from the peoples where they were scattered.
14I will reverse the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their birth. There they will be a lowly kingdom.
15It will be the lowest of the kingdoms. It won’t lift itself up above the nations any more. I will diminish them so that they will no longer rule over the nations.
16It will no longer be the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing iniquity to memory, when they turn to look after them. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD.”’”
17It came to pass in the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the LORD’s word came to me, saying,
18“Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyre. Every head was made bald, and every shoulder was worn; yet he had no wages, nor did his army, from Tyre, for the service that he had served against it.
19Therefore the Lord GOD says: ‘Behold, I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. He will carry off her multitude, take her plunder, and take her prey. That will be the wages for his army.
20I have given him the land of Egypt as his payment for which he served, because they worked for me,’ says the Lord GOD.
21“In that day I will cause a horn to sprout for the house of Israel, and I will open your mouth among them. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”
