19Por isso, assim diz o Soberano, o Senhor: Entregarei a Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, toda a terra do Egito. Ele transformará os egípcios em escravos, tomará para si os tesouros do Egito, e seus soldados saquearão e dividirão entre si as riquezas que encontrarem por lá. Assim, Nabucodonosor e seu exército serão pagos pelo serviço que me prestaram.
