"Ahora tú, hijo del hombre, comienza una lamentación acerca de Tiro,
Y tú, hijo del hombre, levanta endechas sobre Tiro.
Now, thou son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;
“You, son of man, take up a lamentation over Tyre;
y di a Tiro, quien vive entre las puertas del mar, comerciantes de los pueblos entre muchas islas, el SEÑOR Dios te dice esto: Tiro, tú has dicho: 'yo soy perfecta en belleza.'
Y dirás á Tiro, que está asentada á las entradas de la mar, mercadera de los pueblos de muchas islas: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Tiro, tú has dicho: Yo soy de perfecta hermosura.
And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfect beauty.
and tell Tyre, ‘You who dwell at the entry of the sea, who are the merchant of the peoples to many islands, the Lord GOD says: “You, Tyre, have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
Tus fronteras están en el corazón de los mares; tus constructores han perfeccionado tu belleza.

Thy borders are in the midst of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.

They have made all thy ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.

¡Tus velas eran lino colorido de Egipto que eran como tus banderas!
De fino lino bordado de Egipto fué tu cortina, para que te sirviese de vela; de cárdeno y grana de las islas de Elisah fué tu pabellón.
Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which thou spreadest forth to be thy sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered thee.
Your sail was of fine linen with embroidered work from Egypt, that it might be to you for a banner. Blue and purple from the islands of Elishah was your awning.
Aquellos que vivían en Sidón y Arvad eran tus remeros; los sabios de Tiro estaban entre ustedes; eran sus pilotos.
Los moradores de Sidón y de Arvad fueron tus remeros: tus sabios, oh Tiro, estaban en ti; ellos fueron tus pilotos.
The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy mariners: thy wise men, O Tyrus, that were in thee, were thy pilots.
The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were your rowers. Your wise men, Tyre, were in you. They were your pilots.
Artesanos altamente experimentados de Gebal llenaron tus costuras; todos los barcos del mar y sus marineros entre ustedes cargaban tu mercancía para intercambio.

The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers: all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to occupy thy merchandise.
The old men of Gebal and its wise men were your repairers of ship seams in you. All the ships of the sea with their mariners were in you to deal in your merchandise.
Persia, Lud y Fut estaban en tu ejército, tus hombres de guerra. Ellos colgaron escudo y casco dentro de ti; ellos mostraban tu esplendor.

The men of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadims were in thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have made thy beauty perfect.
The men of Arvad with your army were on your walls all around, and valiant men were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around. They have perfected your beauty.
Tarsis era un socio de comercio contigo por tu abundante riqueza de bienes para vender: plata, hierro, estaño y plomo.
Tarsis tu mercadera á causa de la multitud de todas riquezas en plata, hierro, estaño, y plomo, dió en tus ferias.
Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.

Los hombres de Dedán eran tus comerciantes en muchas costas. ¡La mercancía estaba en tu mano; ¡ellos enviaron de vuelta cuerno, marfil y ébano como tributo!
Los hijos de Dedán eran tus negociantes: muchas islas tomaban mercadería de tu mano; cuernos de marfil y pavos te dieron en presente.
The men of Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of thine hand: they brought thee for a present horns of ivory and ebony.

Dedán era tu distribuidor de mantas finas de silla de montar.
Dedán fué tu mercadera con paños preciosos para carros.
Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.
“‘“Dedan was your merchant in precious saddle blankets for riding.
Arabia y los jefes de Cedar eran comerciantes contigo; ellos te trajeron corderos, carneros y cabras.
Arabia y todos los príncipes de Cedar, mercaderes de tu mano en corderos, y carneros, y machos cabríos: en estas cosas fueron tus mercaderes.
Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.
“‘“Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your favorite dealers in lambs, rams, and goats. In these, they were your merchants.
Los comerciantes de Sabá y Raama vinieron a venderte lo mejor de cada especia y todo tipo de piedras preciosas; ellos intercambiaron oro por tu mercancía.

The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.
These were your traders in choice wares, in wrappings of blue and embroidered work, and in cedar chests of rich clothing bound with cords, among your merchandise.
¡Los barcos de Tarsis eran los que transportaban tu mercancía! ¡Así que estabas llena, muy cargada con mercancía en el corazón de los mares!
Las naves de Tarsis, tus cuadrillas, fueron en tu negociación: y fuiste llena, y fuiste multiplicada en gran manera en medio de los mares.
The ships of Tarshish did sing of thee in thy market: and thou wast replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.
“‘“The ships of Tarshish were your caravans for your merchandise. You were replenished and made very glorious in the heart of the seas.
Tus remeros te han traído a extensos mares; el viento del este te ha roto en medio de ellos.
En muchas aguas te engolfaron tus remeros: viento solano te quebrantó en medio de los mares.
Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.
Your rowers have brought you into great waters. The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
Tus riquezas, mercancías y bienes de intercambio; tus marineros y pilotos, y constructores de barcos; tus comerciantes de mercancía y todo los hombres de guerra que están en ti, y toda tu tripulación, ellos se hundirán hacia las profundidades del mar en el día de tu destrucción.
Tus riquezas, y tus mercaderías, y tu negociación, tus remeros, y tus pilotos, los reparadores de tus hendiduras, y los agentes de tus negocios, y todos tus hombres de guerra que hay en ti, con toda tu compañía que en medio de ti se halla, caerán en medio de los mares el día de tu caída.
Thy riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy ruin.
Your riches, your wares, your merchandise, your mariners, your pilots, your repairers of ship seams, the dealers in your merchandise, and all your men of war who are in you, with all your company which is among you, will fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your ruin.
Ciudades en el mar temblarán al sonido del grito de tus pilotos.
Al estrépito de las voces de tus marineros temblarán los arrabales.
The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.
At the sound of the cry of your pilots, the pasture lands will shake.
Todos aquellos que manejan los remos bajarán de sus barcos; marineros y todos los pilotos del mar se levantarán en la tierra.
Y descenderán de sus naves todos los que toman remo; remeros, y todos los pilotos de la mar se pararán en tierra:
And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;
All who handle the oars, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, will come down from their ships. They will stand on the land,
Entonces, ellos te harán escuchar su voz y gemirán amargamente; ellos lanzarán polvo sobre sus cabezas. Se revolcarán en cenizas.
Y harán oir su voz sobre ti, y gritarán amargamente, y echarán polvo sobre sus cabezas, y se revolcarán en la ceniza.
And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:
and will cause their voice to be heard over you, and will cry bitterly. They will cast up dust on their heads. They will wallow in the ashes.
Ellos razurarán sus cabezas calvas para ti y se atarán a sí mismos con tela de saco, y llorarán amargamente sobre ti y ellos gritarán.
Y haránse por ti calva, y se ceñirán de sacos, y endecharán por ti endechas amargas, con amargura de alma.
And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.
They will make themselves bald for you, and clothe themselves with sackcloth. They will weep for you in bitterness of soul, with bitter mourning.
Levantarán sus quejas de lamento para ti y cantarán endechas sobre ti. ¿Quién es cómo Tiro que ha sido ahora llevado a silencio en el medio del mar?
Y levantarán sobre ti endechas en sus lamentaciones, y endecharán sobre ti diciendo: ¿Quién como Tiro, como la destruída en medio de la mar?
And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?
In their wailing they will take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, ‘Who is there like Tyre, like her who is brought to silence in the middle of the sea?’
¡Cuando tu mercancía llegó a la tierra del mar, satisfizo a muchas personas! ¡tú enriqueciste a los reyes de la tierra con tu gran riqueza y mercancía!
Cuando tus mercaderías salían de las naves, hartabas muchos pueblos: los reyes de la tierra enriqueciste con la multitud de tus riquezas y de tus contrataciones.
When thy wares went forth out of the seas, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.
When your wares came from the seas, you filled many peoples. You enriched the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise.
¡Pero cuando fuiste destrozado por los mares, por aguas profundas, tu mercancía y toda tu tripulación se hundió!
En el tiempo que serás quebrantada de los mares en los profundos de las aguas, tu comercio y toda tu compañía caerán en medio de ti.
In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall.
In the time that you were broken by the seas, in the depths of the waters, your merchandise and all your company fell within you.
¡Todos los habitantes de las costas se espantaron de ti, y sus reyes se estremecieron de horror! ¡Sus rostros temblaron!

All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.

Los mercaderes del pueblo te silban; tú te has convertido en un horror, y tú no serás más para siempre."
Los mercaderes en los pueblos silbarán sobre ti: vendrás á ser espanto, y dejarás de ser para siempre.
The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt be any more.
The merchants among the peoples hiss at you. You have come to a terrible end, and you will be no more.”’”
