Ezequiel 22

Figliuolo dell'uomo, la casa d'Israele mi s'è cangiata in ischiuma, tutti costoro son come rame, stagno, e ferro, e piombo nel mezzo della fornace: son diventati la schiuma dell'argento.

Hijo del hombre, la casa de Israel se me ha tornado en escoria: todos ellos son metal, y estaño, y hierro, y plomo, en medio del horno; escorias de plata se tornaron.

Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross: all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver.

“Son of man, the house of Israel has become dross to me. All of them are bronze, tin, iron, and lead in the middle of the furnace. They are the dross of silver.
