La madre vostra come una vite nel sangue vostro fu piantata lungo le acque: sulle molte acque sono cresciuti i suoi frutti, e le frondi.

Tu madre fué como una vid en tu sangre, plantada junto á las aguas, haciendo fruto y echando vástagos á causa de las muchas aguas.

Thy mother is like a vine in thy blood, planted by the waters: she was fruitful and full of branches by reason of many waters.
