Per qual motivo tra voi nella terra d'Israele avete convertito in proverbio questa similitudine: I padri (voi dite) mangiarono uva acerba, e si sono allegati i denti ai figliuoli?
¿Qué pensáis vosotros, vosotros que usáis este refrán sobre la tierra de Israel, diciendo: Los padres comieron el agraz, y los dientes de los hijos tienen la dentera?
What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge?
“What do you mean, that you use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, ‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge’?
Io giuro, dice il Signore Dio, che questa parabola non sarà più per voi un proverbio in Israele;
Vivo yo, dice el Señor Jehová, que nunca más tendréis por qué usar este refrán en Israel.
As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.
“As I live,” says the Lord GOD, “you shall not use this proverb any more in Israel.
Imperocché tutte le anime sono mie, come l'anima del padre, così anche l'anima del figliuolo e mia: l'anima, che avrà peccato, ella perirà.
He aquí que todas las almas son mías; como el alma del padre, así el alma del hijo es mía; el alma que pecare, esa morirá.
Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

E se un uomo sarà giusto, e viverà secondo il diritto, e il giusto,
Y el hombre que fuere justo, é hiciere juicio y justicia;
But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right,

Non farà banchetto sui monti, e non alzerà i suoi occhi agl'idoli della casa d'Israele, e non violerà la moglie del suo prossimo, e non si appresserà alla propria moglie in tempo di sua incomodità:
Que no comiere sobre los montes, ni alzare sus ojos á los ídolos de la casa de Israel, ni violare la mujer de su prójimo, ni llegare á la mujer menstruosa,
And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman,
and has not eaten on the mountains, hasn’t lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hasn’t defiled his neighbor’s wife, hasn’t come near a woman in her impurity,
E non offenderà alcun uomo; renderà il pegno al debitore; non rapirà per forza l'altrui; farà parte del proprio pane all'affamato, e rivestirà l'ignudo:
Ni oprimiere á ninguno; al deudor tornare su prenda, no cometiere robo, diere de su pan al hambriento, y cubriere al desnudo con vestido,
And hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment;
and has not wronged any, but has restored to the debtor his pledge, has taken nothing by robbery, has given his bread to the hungry, and has covered the naked with a garment;
Non presterà ad usura, e non riceverà più del dato; ritrarrà la sua mano dall'iniquità, e retto giudizio pronunzierà tra uomo, ed uomo:
No diere á logro, ni recibiere aumento; de la maldad retrajere su mano, é hiciere juicio de verdad entre hombre y hombre,
He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man,
he who hasn’t lent to them with interest, hasn’t taken any increase from them, who has withdrawn his hand from iniquity, has executed true justice between man and man,
Camminerà ne' miei precetti, ed osserverà le mie leggi per operare secondo la verità: questi è giusto, avrà vita, dice il Signore Dio.
En mis ordenanzas caminare, y guardare mis derechos para hacer verdad, éste es justo: éste vivirá, dice el Señor Jehová.
Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD.

Che se egli avrà generato un figliuolo ladrone, omicida, e che abbia fatta una di queste cose;
Mas si engendrare hijo ladrón, derramador de sangre, ó que haga alguna cosa de éstas,
If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things,
“If he fathers a son who is a robber who sheds blood, and who does any one of these things,
E non tutte le abbia fatte, ma banchetti sui monti, e violi la moglie del suo prossimo,
Y que no haga las otras; antes comiere sobre los montes, ó violare la mujer de su prójimo,
And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour’s wife,
or who does not do any of those things but has eaten at the mountain shrines and defiled his neighbor’s wife,
Offenda il piccolo, e il povero, faccia rapine, non renda il pegno, alzi gli occhi suoi ai simulacri, commetta abbominazioni,
Al pobre y menesteroso oprimiere, cometiere robos, no tornare la prenda, ó alzare sus ojos á los ídolos, é hiciere abominación,
Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,
has wronged the poor and needy, has taken by robbery, has not restored the pledge, and has lifted up his eyes to the idols, has committed abomination,
Dia ad usura, e riceva più del dato, avrà egli vita? Non avrà vita. Avendo fatto tutte queste detestabili cose, egli certamente morrà, il suo sangue sarà sopra di lui.
Diere á usura, y recibiere aumento: ¿vivirá éste? No vivirá. Todas estas abominaciones hizo; de cierto morirá; su sangre será sobre él.
Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.
has lent with interest, and has taken increase from the poor, shall he then live? He shall not live. He has done all these abominations. He shall surely die. His blood will be on him.
Che se questi avrà un figliuolo, il quale veggendo tutti i peccati commessi al padre suo, avrà timore, e non lo imiterà in questi,
Pero si éste engendrare hijo, el cual viere todos los pecados que su padre hizo, y viéndolos no hiciere según ellos:
Now, lo, if he beget a son, that seeth all his father’s sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like,
“Now, behold, if he fathers a son who sees all his father’s sins which he has done, and fears, and doesn’t do likewise,
Non banchetterà sui monti, e non alzerà gli occhi ai simulacri della casa d'Israele, e non violerà la moglie del suo prossimo,
No comiere sobre los montes, ni alzare sus ojos á los ídolos de la casa de Israel; la mujer de su prójimo no violare,
That hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hath not defiled his neighbour’s wife,

E non offenderà alcun uomo, non riterrà il pegno, non farà rapine, darà del suo pane all'affamato, e rivestirà l'ignudo;
Ni oprimiere á nadie; la prenda no empeñare, ni cometiere robos; al hambriento diere de su pan, y cubriere de vestido al desnudo;
Neither hath oppressed any, hath not withholden the pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, but hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment,
hasn’t wronged any, hasn’t taken anything to pledge, hasn’t taken by robbery, but has given his bread to the hungry, and has covered the naked with a garment;
Conterrà la sua mano dal fare al povero ingiuria, non prenderà usura, né il soprappiù, osserverà le mie leggi, e camminerà ne' miei precetti, questi non morrà pell'iniquità del padre suo, ma avrà vita.
Apartare su mano del pobre, usura ni aumento no recibiere; hiciere mis derechos, y anduviere en mis ordenanzas, éste no morirá por la maldad de su padre; de cierto vivirá.
That hath taken off his hand from the poor, that hath not received usury nor increase, hath executed my judgments, hath walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father, he shall surely live.
who has withdrawn his hand from the poor, who hasn’t received interest or increase, has executed my ordinances, has walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father. He shall surely live.
Il padre di lui, perchè fu calunniatore, e fece violenza al fratello; e peccò in mezzo al suo popolo, egli è morto per la sua iniquità.
Su padre, por cuanto hizo agravio, despojó violentamente al hermano, é hizo en medio de su pueblo lo que no es bueno, he aquí que él morirá por su maldad.
As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother by violence, and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity.
As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, robbed his brother, and did that which is not good among his people, behold, he will die in his iniquity.
E voi dite: Per qual motivo non ha portato il figliuolo l'iniquità di suo padre? Certamente perchè il figliuolo ha operato secondo la legge, e secondo la giustizia, ha osservati tutti i miei precetti, e gli ha adempiuti, avrà vita.
Y si dijereis: ¿Por qué el hijo no llevará por el pecado de su padre? Porque el hijo hizo juicio y justicia, guardó todas mis ordenanzas, y las hizo, de cierto vivirá.
Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.
“Yet you say, ‘Why doesn’t the son bear the iniquity of the father?’ When the son has done that which is lawful and right, and has kept all my statutes, and has done them, he will surely live.
L'anima, che avrà peccato, ella perirà: il figliuolo non porterà l'iniquità del padre, e il padre non porterà l'iniquità del figliuolo. La giustizia del giusto sarà sul capo di lui; e sul capo dell'empio sarà l'empietà di lui.
El alma que pecare, esa morirá: el hijo no llevará por el pecado del padre, ni el padre llevará por el pecado del hijo: la justicia del justo será sobre él, y la impiedad del impío será sobre él.
The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
The soul who sins, he shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him.
Ma se l'empio farà penitenza di tutti i peccati, che ha fatti, osserverà tutti i miei precetti, e opererà secondo l'equità, e secondo la giustizia, avrà vita, e non morrà.
Mas el impío, si se apartare de todos sus pecados que hizo, y guardare todas mis ordenanzas, é hiciere juicio y justicia, de cierto vivirá; no morirá.
But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
“But if the wicked turns from all his sins that he has committed, and keeps all my statutes, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live. He shall not die.
Di tutte le iniquità, che egli ha commesse, non avrò più memoria: nella giustizia, ch'egli ha esercitata, avrà vita.
Todas sus rebeliones que cometió, no le serán recordadas: en su justicia que hizo vivirá.
All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.
None of his transgressions that he has committed will be remembered against him. In his righteousness that he has done, he shall live.
Voglio io forse la morte dell'empio, dice il Signore Dio, e non anzi ch'ei si converta dal suo mal fare, e viva?
¿Quiero yo la muerte del impío? dice el Señor Jehová. ¿No vivirá, si se apartare de sus caminos?
Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?
Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked?” says the Lord GOD, “and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?
Ma se il giusto si ritirerà dalla sua giustizia, e peccherà secondo le abbominazioni, che suol commettere l'empio, avrà egli la vita? Tutte le opere giuste, che egli aveva fatte, saranno dimenticate; nella prevaricazione, in cui è caduto, e nel suo peccato, che ha fatto, egli perirà.
Mas si el justo se apartare de su justicia, y cometiere maldad, é hiciere conforme á todas las abominaciones que el impío hizo, ¿vivirá él? Todas las justicias que hizo no vendrán en memoria; por su rebelión con que prevaricó, y por su pecado que cometió, por ello morirá.
But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.
“But when the righteous turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, should he live? None of his righteous deeds that he has done will be remembered. In his trespass that he has trespassed, and in his sin that he has sinned, in them he shall die.
E voi avete detto: La via del Signore non è retta. Udite adunque, o casa di Israele: È ella forse la mia via, che non è giusta, e non piuttosto le vostre vie sono storte?
Y si dijereis: No es derecho el camino del Señor: oid ahora, casa de Israel: ¿No es derecho mi camino? ¿no son vuestros caminos torcidos?
Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?
“Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not equal.’ Hear now, house of Israel: Is my way not equal? Aren’t your ways unequal?
Imperocché quando il giusto si ritirerà dalla sua giustizia, e peccherà, morrà nel peccato: nell'ingiustizia, che ha commessa, egli morrà.
Apartándose el justo de su justicia, y haciendo iniquidad, él morirá por ello: por su iniquidad que hizo, morirá.
When a righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.
When the righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and dies in it, then he dies in his iniquity that he has done.
E quando l'empio si ritirerà dall'empietà, e dal peccato, che ha fatto, e praticherà l'equità, e la giustizia, ei renderà vita all'anima sua;
Y apartándose el impío de su impiedad que hizo, y haciendo juicio y justicia, hará vivir su alma.
Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.
Again, when the wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he has committed, and does that which is lawful and right, he will save his soul alive.
Imperocché se egli torna in se stesso, e si ritira da tutte le iniquità, che ha fatte, avrà vita, e non morrà.
Porque miró, y apartóse de todas sus prevaricaciones que hizo, de cierto vivirá, no morirá.
Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
Because he considers, and turns away from all his transgressions that he has committed, he shall surely live. He shall not die.
E i figliuoli di Israele dicono: Non è retta la via del Signore. Non son forse rette le mie vie, o casa d'Israele, o piuttosto non sono storte le vie vostre:
Si aun dijere la casa de Israel: No es derecho el camino del Señor: ¿No son derechos mis caminos, casa de Israel? Cierto, vuestros caminos no son derechos.
Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal?
Yet the house of Israel says, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ House of Israel, aren’t my ways fair? Aren’t your ways unfair?
Per questo, o casa d'Israele, io giudicherò ciascheduno secondo le sue vie, dice il Signore Dio. Convertitevi, e fate penitenza di tutte le vostre iniquità, e l'iniquità non sarà vostra rovina.
Por tanto, yo os juzgaré á cada uno según sus caminos, oh casa de Israel, dice el Señor Jehová. Convertíos, y volveos de todas vuestras iniquidades; y no os será la iniquidad causa de ruina.
Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
“Therefore I will judge you, house of Israel, everyone according to his ways,” says the Lord GOD. “Return, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions, so iniquity will not be your ruin.
Gettate lungi da voi tutte le prevaricazioni, che avete commesse, e fatevi un cuor nuovo, e uno spirito nuovo: e perchè morrete voi, o casa d'Israele?
Echad de vosotros todas vuestras iniquidades con que habéis prevaricado, y haceos corazón nuevo y espíritu nuevo. ¿Y por qué moriréis, casa de Israel?
Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
Cast away from you all your transgressions in which you have transgressed; and make yourself a new heart and a new spirit. For why will you die, house of Israel?
Imperocché io non voglio la morte di colui, che si muore; dice il Signore Dio: convertitevi, e vivete.
Que no quiero la muerte del que muere, dice el Señor Jehová; convertíos pues, y viviréis.
For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.
For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies,” says the Lord GOD. “Therefore turn yourselves, and live!
