Ezequiel 16

Entonces, la palabra del SEÑOR vino a mí, diciendo:

Y FUÉ á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Again the LORD’s word came to me, saying,

"Hijo del hombre, informa a Jerusalén sobre sus abominaciones,

Hijo del hombre, notifica á Jerusalem sus abominaciones,

Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,

“Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations;

y declara: 'El SEÑOR Dios dice así a Jerusalén: Tu principio y tu nacimiento tuvieron lugar en la tierra de Canaán; tu padre era un amorreo, y tu madre era una hetea.

Y di: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová sobre Jerusalem: Tu habitación y tu raza fué de la tierra de Canaán; tu padre Amorrheo, y tu madre Hethea.

And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.

and say, ‘The Lord GOD says to Jerusalem: “Your origin and your birth is of the land of the Canaanite. An Amorite was your father, and your mother was a Hittite.

En el día de tu nacimiento, tu madre no cortó tu cordón umbilical, ni te purificó en agua ni te restregó con sal, ni te cubrió con telas.

Y cuanto á tu nacimiento, el día que naciste no fué cortado tu ombligo, ni fuiste lavada con aguas para atemperarte, ni salada con sal, ni fuiste envuelta con fajas.

And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all.

As for your birth, in the day you were born your navel was not cut. You weren’t washed in water to cleanse you. You weren’t salted at all, nor wrapped in blankets at all.

Ningún ojo tuvo compasión de ti para hacer estas cosas para ti, para ser compasivo hacia ti. En el día que tú naciste, con odio hacia tu vida, fuiste lanzada fuera hacia el campo abierto.

No hubo ojo que se compadeciese de ti, para hacerte algo de esto, teniendo de ti misericordia; sino que fuiste echada sobre la haz del campo, con menosprecio de tu vida, en el día que naciste.

None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

No eye pitied you, to do any of these things to you, to have compassion on you; but you were cast out in the open field, because you were abhorred in the day that you were born.

Pero Yo pasé por donde ti, y te vi retorciéndote en tu propia sangre, así que te dije en tu sangre: "¡Vive!" Yo te dije a ti en tu propia sangre, "¡Vive!"

Y yo pasé junto á ti, y te vi sucia en tus sangres, y díjete: En tus sangres, vive; vive, díjete, en tus sangres.

And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live.

“‘“When I passed by you, and saw you wallowing in your blood, I said to you, ‘Though you are in your blood, live!’ Yes, I said to you, ‘Though you are in your blood, live!’

Yo te hice crecer como una planta en el campo. Te multiplicaste y te hiciste grande, y te convertiste en la joya de las joyas. Tus senos se hicieron firmes, y tu pelo creció grueso, aunque habías estado desnuda y descubierta.

En millares como la hierba del campo te puse, y fuiste aumentada y engrandecida, y viniste á ser adornada grandemente; los pechos te crecieron, y tu pelo brotó; mas tú estabas desnuda y descubierta.

I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare.

I caused you to multiply as that which grows in the field, and you increased and grew great, and you attained to excellent beauty. Your breasts were formed, and your hair grew; yet you were naked and bare.

Yo pasé por donde ti otra vez, y te vi. El tiempo del amores vino a ti, así que, puse Mi manto sobre ti y cubrí tu desnudez. Entonces, Yo te juré y entré en pacto contigo, esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios, y te hice Mía.

Y pasé yo junto á ti, y te miré, y he aquí que tu tiempo era tiempo de amores; y extendí mi manto sobre ti, y cubrí tu desnudez; y díte juramento, y entré en concierto contigo, dice el Señor Jehová, y fuiste mía:

Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine.

“‘“Now when I passed by you, and looked at you, behold, your time was the time of love; and I spread my garment over you and covered your nakedness. Yes, I pledged myself to you and entered into a covenant with you,” says the Lord GOD, “and you became mine.

Así que te lavé con agua y enjuagué la sangre de ti, y te ungí con aceite.

Y te lavé con agua, y lavé tus sangres de encima de ti, y ungíte con aceite;

Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil.

“‘“Then I washed you with water. Yes, I thoroughly washed away your blood from you, and I anointed you with oil.

Yo te vestí con ropas bordadas y puse sandalias de cuero en tus pies. Te envolví en lino fino y te cubrí con seda.

Y te vestí de bordado, y te calcé de tejón, y ceñíte de lino, y te vestí de seda.

I clothed thee also with broidered work, and shod thee with badgers’ skin, and I girded thee about with fine linen, and I covered thee with silk.

I clothed you also with embroidered work and put leather sandals on you. I dressed you with fine linen and covered you with silk.

Luego, te adorné con joyas, y te puse brazaletes en tus manos, y una cadena en tu cuello.

Y te atavíe con ornamentos, y puse ajorcas en tus brazos, y collar á tu cuello;

I decked thee also with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon thy hands, and a chain on thy neck.

I decked you with ornaments, put bracelets on your hands, and put a chain on your neck.

Te puse un anillo en la nariz y pantallas en las orejas, y una hermosa corona en tu cabeza.

Y puse joyas sobre tus narices, y zarcillos en tus orejas, y diadema de hermosura en tu cabeza.

And I put a jewel on thy forehead, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thine head.

I put a ring on your nose, earrings in your ears, and a beautiful crown on your head.

Así que fuiste adornada con oro y plata, y fuiste vestida de lino fino, seda, y ropas bordadas; comiste harina fina, miel, y aceite, y eras muy hermosa, y te convertiste en una reina.

Y fuiste adornada de oro y de plata, y tu vestido fué lino, y seda, y bordado; comiste flor de harina de trigo, y miel, y aceite; y fuiste hermoseada en extremo, y has prosperado hasta reinar.

Thus wast thou decked with gold and silver; and thy raiment was of fine linen, and silk, and broidered work; thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil: and thou wast exceeding beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.

Thus you were decked with gold and silver. Your clothing was of fine linen, silk, and embroidered work. You ate fine flour, honey, and oil. You were exceedingly beautiful, and you prospered to royal estate.

Tu fama llegó a las otras naciones por tu belleza, pues era perfecta en la majestad que Yo te había dado. Esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios.

Y salióte nombradía entre las gentes á causa de tu hermosura; porque era perfecta, á causa de mi hermosura que yo puse sobre ti, dice el Señor Jehová.

And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.

Your renown went out among the nations for your beauty; for it was perfect, through my majesty which I had put on you,” says the Lord GOD.

Pero tú confiaste en tu propia belleza, y actuaste como una prostituta debido a tu fama; tú derramaste tus actos de prostitución sobre todos los que pasaban, de manera que tu belleza se hizo suya.

Mas confiaste en tu hermosura, y fornicaste á causa de tu nombradía, y derramaste tus fornicaciones á cuantos pasaron; suya eras.

But thou didst trust in thine own beauty, and playedst the harlot because of thy renown, and pouredst out thy fornications on every one that passed by; his it was.

“‘“But you trusted in your beauty, and played the prostitute because of your renown, and poured out your prostitution on everyone who passed by. It was his.

Entonces, tú tomaste tus ropas y con ellas hiciste lugares altos para ti misma decorados con varios colores, y ahí actuaste como prostituta. Esto no debió haber pasado. Ni debería existir tal cosa.

Y tomaste de tus vestidos, é hicístete diversos altos lugares, y fornicaste en ellos: cosa semejante no vendrá, ni será así.

And of thy garments thou didst take, and deckedst thy high places with divers colours, and playedst the harlot thereupon: the like things shall not come, neither shall it be so.

You took some of your garments, and made for yourselves high places decked with various colors, and played the prostitute on them. This shouldn’t happen, neither shall it be.

Tú tomaste las joyas finas del oro y la plata que Yo te di, e hiciste para ti misma figuras varoniles, e hiciste con ellas lo que haría una prostituta.

Tomaste asimismo los vasos de tu hermosura de mi oro y de mi plata, que yo te había dado, é hicístete imágenes de hombre, y fornicaste con ellas.

Thou hast also taken thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee, and madest to thyself images of men, and didst commit whoredom with them,

You also took your beautiful jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given you, and made for yourself images of men, and played the prostitute with them.

Tú tomaste tus vestidos bordados y los cubriste, y pusiste Mis aceites y perfumes delante de ellos.

Y tomaste tus vestidos de diversos colores, y cubrístelas; y mi aceite y mi perfume pusiste delante de ellas.

And tookest thy broidered garments, and coveredst them: and thou hast set mine oil and mine incense before them.

You took your embroidered garments, covered them, and set my oil and my incense before them.

Mi pan que Yo te di, hecho con harina fina, aceite y miel, tú lo pusiste delante de ellos como aroma fragante, esto fue lo que sucedió. Esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios.

Mi pan también, que yo te había dado, la flor de la harina, y el aceite, y la miel, con que yo te mantuve, pusiste delante de ellas para olor suave; y fué así, dice el Señor Jehová.

My meat also which I gave thee, fine flour, and oil, and honey, wherewith I fed thee, thou hast even set it before them for a sweet savour: and thus it was, saith the Lord GOD.

My bread also which I gave you, fine flour, oil, and honey, with which I fed you, you even set it before them for a pleasant aroma; and so it was,” says the Lord GOD.

Entonces, tú tomaste a tus hijos e hijas los cuales pariste para Mí, y los sacrificaste a las imágenes para ser devorados como comida. ¿Son tus actos de prostitución un asunto pequeño?

Demás de esto, tomaste tus hijos y tus hijas que me habías engendrado, y los sacrificaste á ellas para consumación. ¿Es poco, esto de tus fornicaciones?

Moreover thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be devoured. Is this of thy whoredoms a small matter,

“‘“Moreover you have taken your sons and your daughters, whom you have borne to me, and you have sacrificed these to them to be devoured. Was your prostitution a small matter,

Tú sacrificaste a Mis hijos y los pusiste en el fuego.

Y sacrificaste mis hijos, y dístelos á ellas para que los hiciesen pasar por el fuego.

That thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them?

that you have slain my children and delivered them up, in causing them to pass through the fire to them?

En todas tus abominaciones y tus actos de prostitución tú no has pensado en los días de tu juventud, cuando estabas desnuda y descubierta mientras te revolcabas en tu sangre.

Y con todas tus abominaciones y tus fornicaciones no te has acordado de los días de tu mocedad, cuando estabas desnuda y descubierta, cuando estabas envuelta en tu sangre.

And in all thine abominations and thy whoredoms thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, when thou wast naked and bare, and wast polluted in thy blood.

In all your abominations and your prostitution you have not remembered the days of your youth, when you were naked and bare, and were wallowing in your blood.

¡Ay! ¡Ay de ti! Esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios, por lo tanto, en adición a toda esta maldad,

Y fué que después de toda tu maldad (¡ay, ay de ti! dice el Señor Jehová,)

And it came to pass after all thy wickedness, (woe, woe unto thee! saith the Lord GOD;)

“‘“It has happened after all your wickedness—woe, woe to you!” says the Lord GOD—

tú te construíste un aposento cerrado en cada lugar público.

Edificástete alto, y te hiciste altar en todas las plazas:

That thou hast also built unto thee an eminent place, and hast made thee an high place in every street.

“that you have built for yourselves a vaulted place, and have made yourselves a lofty place in every street.

Tú construiste tu lugar alto en la cabecera de cada calle y profanaste tu belleza, pues tú ofreciste tu cuerpo a todo el que pasaba e hiciste muchos más actos de prostitución.

En toda cabeza de camino edificaste tu altar, y tornaste abominable tu hermosura, y abriste tus piernas á cuantos pasaban, y multiplicaste tus fornicaciones.

Thou hast built thy high place at every head of the way, and hast made thy beauty to be abhorred, and hast opened thy feet to every one that passed by, and multiplied thy whoredoms.

You have built your lofty place at the head of every way, and have made your beauty an abomination, and have opened your feet to everyone who passed by, and multiplied your prostitution.

Tú has actuado como una prostituta con los egipcios, tus vecinos lujuriosos, y cometiste muchos más actos de prostitución, para provocarme a la ira.

Y fornicaste con los hijos de Egipto, tus vecinos, de grandes carnes; y aumentaste tus fornicaciones para enojarme.

Thou hast also committed fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, great of flesh; and hast increased thy whoredoms, to provoke me to anger.

You have also committed sexual immorality with the Egyptians, your neighbors, great of flesh; and have multiplied your prostitution, to provoke me to anger.

Yo te golpearé con Mi mano y te quitaré tu alimento. Yo entregaré tu vida a tus enemigos, las hijas de los filisteos, que se avergonzaron de tu comportamiento obsceno.

Por tanto, he aquí que yo extendí sobre ti mi mano, y disminuí tu provisión ordinaria, y te entregué á la voluntad de las hijas de los Filisteos que te aborrecen, las cuales se avergüenzan de tu camino deshonesto.

Behold, therefore I have stretched out my hand over thee, and have diminished thine ordinary food, and delivered thee unto the will of them that hate thee, the daughters of the Philistines, which are ashamed of thy lewd way.

See therefore, I have stretched out my hand over you, and have diminished your portion, and delivered you to the will of those who hate you, the daughters of the Philistines, who are ashamed of your lewd way.

Tú has actuado como una prostituta con los asirios porque no podías ser satisfecha. Tú actuaste como una prostituta y todavía no estabas satisfecha.

Fornicaste también con los hijos de Assur por no haberte hartado; y fornicaste con ellos, y tampoco te hartaste.

Thou hast played the whore also with the Assyrians, because thou wast unsatiable; yea, thou hast played the harlot with them, and yet couldest not be satisfied.

You have played the prostitute also with the Assyrians, because you were insatiable; yes, you have played the prostitute with them, and yet you weren’t satisfied.

Tú también hiciste muchos más actos de prostitución en la tierra de los comerciantes de Caldea, y ni esto te satisfizo.

Multiplicaste asimismo tu fornicación en la tierra de Canaán y de los Caldeos: ni tampoco con esto te hartaste.

Thou hast moreover multiplied thy fornication in the land of Canaan unto Chaldea; and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

You have moreover multiplied your prostitution to the land of merchants, to Chaldea; and yet you weren’t satisfied with this.

¿Cuán enfermo está tu corazón, esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios, que hicieras todas estas cosas, actos de una prostituta desvergonzada?

¡Cuán inconstante es tu corazón, dice el Señor Jehová, habiendo hecho todas estas cosas, obras de una poderosa ramera,

How weak is thine heart, saith the Lord GOD, seeing thou doest all these things, the work of an imperious whorish woman;

“‘“How weak is your heart,” says the Lord GOD, “since you do all these things, the work of an impudent prostitute;

Tú has construido tus lugares altos en la cabecera de toda calle y has hecho tu aposento encerrado en cada lugar público. Pero tú no eras como una prostituta porque te rehusabas a recibir paga.

Edificando tus altares en cabeza de todo camino, y haciendo tus altares en todas las plazas! Y no fuiste semejante á ramera, menospreciando el salario,

In that thou buildest thine eminent place in the head of every way, and makest thine high place in every street; and hast not been as an harlot, in that thou scornest hire;

in that you build your vaulted place at the head of every way, and make your lofty place in every street, and have not been as a prostitute, in that you scorn pay.

Tú, mujer adúltera, tú aceptas a extraños en vez de a tu esposo.

Sino como mujer adúltera, por cuanto que en lugar de su marido recibe á ajenos.

But as a wife that committeth adultery, which taketh strangers instead of her husband!

“‘“Adulterous wife, who takes strangers instead of her husband!

La gente le paga a toda prostituta, pero tú das tu salario a todos tus amantes y los sobornas para que vengan a ti de todo lugar para tus actos de prostitución.

A todas las rameras dan dones; mas tú diste tus dones á todos tus enamorados; y les diste presentes, porque entrasen á ti de todas partes por tus fornicaciones.

They give gifts to all whores: but thou givest thy gifts to all thy lovers, and hirest them, that they may come unto thee on every side for thy whoredom.

People give gifts to all prostitutes; but you give your gifts to all your lovers, and bribe them, that they may come to you on every side for your prostitution.

Así que hay una diferencia entre ti y esas otras mujeres, ya que nadie va a ti para pedirte que duermas con ellos. En cambio, tú les pagas a ellos. Nadie te paga a ti.

Y ha sido en ti al contrario de las mujeres en tus fornicaciones, ni nunca después de ti será así fornicado; porque en dar tú dones, y no ser dados dones á ti, ha sido al contrario.

And the contrary is in thee from other women in thy whoredoms, whereas none followeth thee to commit whoredoms: and in that thou givest a reward, and no reward is given unto thee, therefore thou art contrary.

You are different from other women in your prostitution, in that no one follows you to play the prostitute; and whereas you give hire, and no hire is given to you, therefore you are different.”’

Por lo tanto, tú, prostituta, escucha la palabra del SEÑOR.

Por tanto, ramera, oye palabra de Jehová:

Wherefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD:

“Therefore, prostitute, hear the LORD’s word:

El SEÑOR Dios dice así: Porque has derramado tu deseo y has expuesto tus partes privadas a través de tus actos de prostitución con todos tus amantes y con todos tus ídolos asquerosos, y debido a la sangre de tus hijos que diste a tus ídolos,

Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Por cuanto han sido descubiertas tus vergüenzas, y tu confusión ha sido manifestada á tus enamorados en tus fornicaciones, y á los ídolos de tus abominaciones, y en la sangre de tus hijos, los cuales les diste;

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thy filthiness was poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers, and with all the idols of thy abominations, and by the blood of thy children, which thou didst give unto them;

‘The Lord GOD says, “Because your filthiness was poured out, and your nakedness uncovered through your prostitution with your lovers; and because of all the idols of your abominations, and for the blood of your children, that you gave to them;

por lo tanto, Yo reuniré a todos tus amantes que has conocido, a todos los que has amado y a todos los que has odiado, y Yo los reuniré a todos en contra de ti a cada lado. Yo expondré tus partes privadas a ellos para que todos puedan ver tu desnudez.

Por tanto, he aquí que yo junto todos tus enamorados con los cuales tomaste placer, y todos los que amaste, con todos los que aborreciste; y reunirélos contra ti alrededor, y descubriréles tu vergüenza, y verán toda tu torpeza.

Behold, therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that thou hast loved, with all them that thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness.

therefore see, I will gather all your lovers, with whom you have taken pleasure, and all those whom you have loved, with all those whom you have hated. I will even gather them against you on every side, and will uncover your nakedness to them, that they may see all your nakedness.

Pues, Yo te castigaré por adulterio y por el derramamiento de sangre, y traeré sobre ti el derramamiento de sangre de Mi ira y celo.

Y yo te juzgaré por las leyes de las adúlteras, y de las que derraman sangre; y te daré en sangre de ira y de celo.

And I will judge thee, as women that break wedlock and shed blood are judged; and I will give thee blood in fury and jealousy.

I will judge you as women who break wedlock and shed blood are judged; and I will bring on you the blood of wrath and jealousy.

Yo te entregaré a sus manos para que derriben tu aposento cerrado y hagan caer tus lugares altos y ellos rasgarán tus vestidos y tomarán todas tus joyas. Ellos te dejarán desnuda y descubierta.

Y te entregaré en mano de ellos: y destruirán tu alto, y derribarán tus altares, y te harán desnudar de tus ropas, y se llevarán los vasos de tu gloria, y te dejarán desnuda y descubierta.

And I will also give thee into their hand, and they shall throw down thine eminent place, and shall break down thy high places: they shall strip thee also of thy clothes, and shall take thy fair jewels, and leave thee naked and bare.

I will also give you into their hand, and they will throw down your vaulted place, and break down your lofty places. They will strip you of your clothes and take your beautiful jewels. They will leave you naked and bare.

Entonces, traerán una multitud en contra de ti y te apedrearán con piedras, y te cortarán con sus espadas.

Y harán subir contra ti reunión de gente, y te apedrearán con piedras, y te atravesarán con sus espadas.

They shall also bring up a company against thee, and they shall stone thee with stones, and thrust thee through with their swords.

They will also bring up a company against you, and they will stone you with stones, and thrust you through with their swords.

Ellos quemarán tus casas y harán muchos actos de castigo en ti a la vista de muchas mujeres, pues detendré tu prostitución, y ya no le pagarás a tus amantes.

Y quemarán tus casas á fuego, y harán en ti juicios á ojos de muchas mujeres; y hacerte he cesar de ser ramera, ni tampoco darás más don.

And they shall burn thine houses with fire, and execute judgments upon thee in the sight of many women: and I will cause thee to cease from playing the harlot, and thou also shalt give no hire any more.

They will burn your houses with fire, and execute judgments on you in the sight of many women. I will cause you to cease from playing the prostitute, and you will also give no hire any more.

Entonces, yo calmaré Mi furor en contra de ti; Mi ira se alejará de ti, pues Yo estaré satisfecho, y ya no estaré más enojado.

Y haré reposar mi ira sobre ti, y apartaráse de ti mi celo, y descansaré de más enojarme.

So will I make my fury toward thee to rest, and my jealousy shall depart from thee, and I will be quiet, and will be no more angry.

So I will cause my wrath toward you to rest, and my jealousy will depart from you. I will be quiet, and will not be angry any more.

¡Porque no trajiste a tu mente los días de tu juventud y Me has hecho temblar de ira por todas estas cosas, por lo tanto, Yo por Mi cuenta haré descender sobre tu propia cabeza el castigo por lo que has hecho, esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios. ¿No has añadido la prostitución a todas tus otras prácticas detestables?

Por cuanto no te acordaste de los días de tu mocedad, y me provocaste á ira en todo esto, por eso, he aquí yo también he tornado tu camino sobre tu cabeza, dice el Señor Jehová; pues ni aun has pensado sobre todas tus abominaciones.

Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, but hast fretted me in all these things; behold, therefore I also will recompense thy way upon thine head, saith the Lord GOD: and thou shalt not commit this lewdness above all thine abominations.

“‘“Because you have not remembered the days of your youth, but have raged against me in all these things; therefore, behold, I also will bring your way on your head,” says the Lord GOD: “and you shall not commit this lewdness with all your abominations.

Todo el que hable proverbios referentes a ti dirán: "Como es la madre, así es la hija."

He aquí que todo proverbista hará de ti proverbio, diciendo: Como la madre, tal su hija.

Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall use this proverb against thee, saying, As is the mother, so is her daughter.

“‘“Behold, everyone who uses proverbs will use this proverb against you, saying, ‘As is the mother, so is her daughter.’

Tu hermana mayor era Samaria y sus hijas eran las que vivían en el norte, mientras que tu hermana menor era la que vivía al sur de ti, esa es, Sodoma y sus hijas.

Y tu hermana mayor es Samaria con su hijas, la cual habita á tu mano izquierda; y tu hermana la menor que tú es Sodoma con sus hijas, la cual habita á tu mano derecha.

And thine elder sister is Samaria, she and her daughters that dwell at thy left hand: and thy younger sister, that dwelleth at thy right hand, is Sodom and her daughters.

Your elder sister is Samaria, who dwells at your left hand, she and her daughters; and your younger sister, who dwells at your right hand, is Sodom with her daughters.

Tú no solo caminaste en sus pasos y copiaste su comportamiento y sus prácticas, sino que en todos tus caminos has sido peor que ellas.

Y aun no anduviste en sus caminos, ni hiciste según sus abominaciones; antes, como si esto fuera poco y muy poco, te corrompiste más que ellas en todos tus caminos.

Yet hast thou not walked after their ways, nor done after their abominations: but, as if that were a very little thing, thou wast corrupted more than they in all thy ways.

Yet you have not walked in their ways, nor done their abominations; but soon you were more corrupt than they in all your ways.

Vivo Yo, dice el SEÑOR Dios, que tu hermana Sodoma y sus hijas, no han hecho tanta maldad como tú y tus hijas han hecho.

Vivo yo, dice el Señor Jehová, Sodoma tu hermana, con sus hijas, no ha hecho como hiciste tú y tus hijas.

As I live, saith the Lord GOD, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters.

As I live,” says the Lord GOD, “Sodom your sister has not done, she nor her daughters, as you have done, you and your daughters.

Este fue el pecado de tu hermana Sodoma: ella fue arrogante en su ocio, descuidada y despreocupada de cualquier cosa. Ella no fortaleció las manos de los pobres y los necesitados.

He aquí que esta fué la maldad de Sodoma tu hermana: soberbia, hartura de pan, y abundancia de ociosidad tuvo ella y sus hijas; y no corroboró la mano del afligido y del menesteroso.

Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

¡Ni Samaria cometió la mitad de tus pecados; a cambio, tú has hecho más cosas abominables que ellas, y has demostrado que tus hermanas eran mejor que tú por todas las cosas abominables que haces!

Y Samaria no cometió ni la mitad de tus pecados; porque tú multiplicaste tus abominaciones más que ellas, y has justificado á tus hermanas con todas tus abominaciones que hiciste.

Neither hath Samaria committed half of thy sins; but thou hast multiplied thine abominations more than they, and hast justified thy sisters in all thine abominations which thou hast done.

Samaria hasn’t committed half of your sins; but you have multiplied your abominations more than they, and have justified your sisters by all your abominations which you have done.

Especialmente tú, muestra tu propia vergüenza; de esta manera has demostrado que tus hermanas eran mejor que tú, por los pecados que cometiste en todas esas maneras aabominables. Tus hermanas ahora se ven mejor que tú. Especialmente tú, muestra tu propia vergüenza, pues, de esta manera tú has demostrado que tus hermanas eran mejores que tú.

Tú también, que juzgaste á tus hermanas, lleva tu vergüenza en tus pecados que hiciste más abominables que ellas: más justas son que tú: avergüénzate pues tú también, y lleva tu confusión, pues que has justificado á tus hermanas.

Thou also, which hast judged thy sisters, bear thine own shame for thy sins that thou hast committed more abominable than they: they are more righteous than thou: yea, be thou confounded also, and bear thy shame, in that thou hast justified thy sisters.

You also bear your own shame yourself, in that you have given judgment for your sisters; through your sins that you have committed more abominable than they, they are more righteous than you. Yes, be also confounded, and bear your shame, in that you have justified your sisters.

Pues, Yo restauraré sus fortunas, las fortunas de Sodoma y sus hijas, y las fortunas de Samaria y sus hijas; pero tus fortunas estarán entre ellas.

When I shall bring again their captivity, the captivity of Sodom and her daughters, and the captivity of Samaria and her daughters, then will I bring again the captivity of thy captives in the midst of them:

Por causa de estas cosas mostrarás tu propia vergüenza; tú serás humillada por todo lo que has hecho, y de esta manera serás de consuelo para ellas.

Para que tú lleves tu confusión, y te avergüences de todo lo que has hecho, siéndoles tú motivo de consuelo.

That thou mayest bear thine own shame, and mayest be confounded in all that thou hast done, in that thou art a comfort unto them.

that you may bear your own shame, and may be ashamed because of all that you have done, in that you are a comfort to them.

Así que, tu hermana Sodoma y sus hijas serán restauradas a su condición pasada, y Samaria y sus hijas serán restauradas a su herencia pasada. Entonces, tú y tus hijas serán restauradas a tu condición pasada.

Y tus hermanas, Sodoma con sus hijas y Samaria con sus hijas, volverán á su primer estado; tú también y tus hijas volveréis á vuestro primer estado.

When thy sisters, Sodom and her daughters, shall return to their former estate, and Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former estate, then thou and thy daughters shall return to your former estate.

Your sisters, Sodom and her daughters, will return to their former estate; and Samaria and her daughters will return to their former estate; and you and your daughters will return to your former estate.

Sodoma, tu hermana, no fue ni siquiera mencionada por tu boca en los días de tu orgullo,

antes de que tu maldad fuera revelada. Pero ahora eres un objeto de desdén a las hijas de Edom y a todas las hijas de los filisteos alrededor de ella. La gente de alrededor te desprecian.

Antes que tu maldad se descubriese, como en el tiempo de la vergüenza de las hijas de Siria y de todas las hijas de los Filisteos alrededor, que te menosprecian en contorno.

Before thy wickedness was discovered, as at the time of thy reproach of the daughters of Syria, and all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, which despise thee round about.

¡Tú mostrarás tu vergüenza y tus acciones aabominables! ¡Esta es la declaración del SEÑOR!

Tú has llevado tu enormidad y tus abominaciones, dice Jehová.

Thou hast borne thy lewdness and thine abominations, saith the LORD.

You have borne your lewdness and your abominations,” says the LORD.

El SEÑOR Dios dice esto: Yo haré contigo como te mereces, tú que has despreciado tu juramento rompiendo el pacto.

Empero así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: ¿Haré yo contigo como tú hiciste, que menospreciaste el juramento para invalidar el pacto?

For thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even deal with thee as thou hast done, which hast despised the oath in breaking the covenant.

“‘For the Lord GOD says: “I will also deal with you as you have done, who have despised the oath in breaking the covenant.

Pero Yo mismo recodaré Mi pacto hecho contigo en los días de tu juventud, y estableceré un pacto eterno contigo.

Antes yo tendré memoria de mi pacto que concerté contigo en los días de tu mocedad, y te confirmaré un pacto sempiterno.

Nevertheless I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.

Entonces, tú recordara tus caminos y te avergonzarás cuando recibas a tus hermanas mayores y menores. Yo te las daré como hijas, pero no debido a tu pacto.

Y acordarte has de tus caminos y te avergonzarás, cuando recibirás á tus hermanas, las mayores que tú con las menores que tú, las cuales yo te daré por hijas, mas no por tu pacto.

Then thou shalt remember thy ways, and be ashamed, when thou shalt receive thy sisters, thine elder and thy younger: and I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by thy covenant.

Then you will remember your ways and be ashamed when you receive your sisters, your elder sisters and your younger; and I will give them to you for daughters, but not by your covenant.

Yo mismo estableceré Mi pacto contigo, y sabrás que Yo soy el SEÑOR.

And I will establish my covenant with thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD:

Debido a estas cosas, recordarás y te avergonzarás, de manera que ya tú no abrirás tu boca para hablar debido a tu vergüenza, cuando Yo te haya perdonado por todo lo que has hecho. Esta es la declaración del SEÑOR Dios."

Para que te acuerdes, y te avergüences, y nunca más abras la boca á causa de tu vergüenza, cuando me aplacare para contigo de todo lo que hiciste, dice el Señor Jehová.

That thou mayest remember, and be confounded, and never open thy mouth any more because of thy shame, when I am pacified toward thee for all that thou hast done, saith the Lord GOD.
