Ezequiel 16

Ecco che chiunque ama i proverbi, ripeterà questo sopra di te, dicendo: Quale la madre, tale la figlia di lei.

He aquí que todo proverbista hará de ti proverbio, diciendo: Como la madre, tal su hija.

Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall use this proverb against thee, saying, As is the mother, so is her daughter.
