Ezequiel 13

Because, yea, even because, they have led astray my people saying. Prosperity! when there was no prosperity,—and one man, was building a partition wall, when there they were! eating it with whitewash

Por tanto, y por cuanto engañaron á mi pueblo, diciendo, Paz, no habiendo paz; y el uno edificaba la pared, y he aquí que los otros la encostraban con lodo suelto;

Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter:

“‘Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, “Peace;” and there is no peace. When one builds up a wall, behold, they plaster it with whitewash.
