Dirimpetto alla corona, e fece passar per essi le stanghe, affinché potesse portarsi la mensa.

Delante de la moldura estaban los anillos, por los cuales se metiesen las varas para llevar la mesa.

Over against the border were the rings, the places for the staves to bear the table.

The rings were close by the border, the places for the poles to carry the table.
