1Und das Volk sah, daß Mose verzog, vom Berge herabzukommen; und das Volk kam zusammen zu Aharon und sprachen zu ihm: Mache dich auf! mach uns Götter, die vor uns gehen; denn dieser Mose, der Mann, der uns aus Ägyptenland heraufgebracht: wir wissen nicht, was mit ihm geschehen ist.

1MAS viendo el pueblo que Moisés tardaba en descender del monte, allegóse entonces á Aarón, y dijéronle: Levántate, haznos dioses que vayan delante de nosotros; porque á este Moisés, aquel varón que nos sacó de la tierra de Egipto, no sabemos qué le haya acontecido.

1And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

1When the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered themselves together to Aaron, and said to him, “Come, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we don’t know what has become of him.”
