Or Dieu avait dit à Moïse: "Monte vers l'Éternel, avec Aaron, Nadab, Abihou et soixantedix des anciens d'Israël et vous vous prosternerez à distance.

Y DIJO á Moisés: Sube á Jehová, tú, y Aarón, Nadab, y Abiú, y setenta de los ancianos de Israel; y os inclinaréis desde lejos.

And he said unto Moses, Come up unto the LORD, thou, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel; and worship ye afar off.

He said to Moses, “Come up to the LORD, you, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel; and worship from a distance.

Puis, Moïse s'avancera seul vers le Seigneur et eux ne le suivront point; quant au peuple, il ne montera pas avec lui."

Mas Moisés sólo se llegará á Jehová; y ellos no se lleguen cerca, ni suba con él el pueblo.

And Moses alone shall come near the LORD: but they shall not come nigh; neither shall the people go up with him.

Moïse, de retour, transmit au peuple toutes les paroles de l'Éternel et tous les statuts; et le peuple entier s'écria d'une seule voix: "Tout ce qu'a prononcé l'Éternel, nous l'exécuterons."

Y Moisés vino y contó al pueblo todas las palabras de Jehová, y todos los derechos: y todo el pueblo respondió á una voz, y dijeron: Ejecutaremos todas las palabras que Jehová ha dicho.

And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the LORD hath said will we do.

Moïse écrivit toutes les paroles de l'Éternel. Le lendemain, de bonne heure, il érigea un autel au pied de la montagne; puis douze monuments, selon le nombre des tribus d'Israël.

Alors Moïse prit la moitié du sang, la mit dans des bassins et répandit l'autre moitié sur l'autel.

Moïse prit le sang, en aspergea le peuple et dit: "Ceci est le sang de l'alliance que l'Éternel a conclue avec vous touchant toutes ces paroles."

Entonces Moisés tomó la sangre, y roció sobre el pueblo, y dijo: He aquí la sangre de la alianza que Jehová ha hecho con vosotros sobre todas estas cosas.

Ils contemplèrent la Divinité d'Israël. Sous ses pieds, quelque chose de semblable au brillant du saphir et de limpide comme la substance du ciel.

Y vieron al Dios de Israel; y había debajo de sus pies como un embaldosado de zafiro, semejante al cielo cuando está sereno.

And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

Mais Dieu ne laissa point sévir son bras sur ces élus des enfants d'Israël et après avoir joui de la vision divine, ils mangèrent et burent.

And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

L'Éternel dit à Moïse: "Monte vers moi, sur la montagne et y demeure: je veux te donner les tables de pierre, la doctrine et les préceptes, que j'ai écrits pour leur instruction."

Entonces Jehová dijo á Moisés: Sube á mí al monte, y espera allá, y te daré tablas de piedra, y la ley, y mandamientos que he escrito para enseñarlos.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.

The LORD said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain, and stay here, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commands that I have written, that you may teach them.”

Moïse partit, avec Josué son serviteur; puis il gravit la divine montagne.

Y levantóse Moisés, y Josué su ministro; y Moisés subió al monte de Dios.

And Moses rose up, and his minister Joshua: and Moses went up into the mount of God.

Il avait dit aux anciens: "Attendez-nous ici jusqu'à notre retour. Comme Aaron et Hour sont avec vous, celui qui aura une affaire devra s'adresser à eux."

Y dijo á los ancianos: Esperadnos aquí hasta que volvamos á vosotros: y he aquí Aarón y Hur están con vosotros: el que tuviere negocios, lléguese á ellos.

And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them.

He said to the elders, “Wait here for us, until we come again to you. Behold, Aaron and Hur are with you. Whoever is involved in a dispute can go to them.”

C'est alors que Moïse s'achemina vers la montagne, qu'enveloppait le nuage.

Entonces Moisés subió al monte, y una nube cubrió el monte.

And Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount.

La majesté divine se fixa sur le mont Sinaï, que le nuage enveloppa six jours; le septième jour, Dieu appela Moïse du milieu du nuage.

Y la gloria de Jehová reposó sobre el monte Sinaí, y la nube lo cubrió por seis días: y al séptimo día llamó á Moisés de en medio de la nube.

And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

Or, la majesté divine apparaissait comme un feu dévorant au sommet de la montagne, à la vue des enfants d'Israël.

Y el parecer de la gloria de Jehová era como un fuego abrasador en la cumbre del monte, á los ojos de los hijos de Israel.

And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.

Moïse pénétra au milieu du nuage et s'éleva sur la montagne; et il resta sur cette montagne quarante jours et quarante nuits.

Y entró Moisés en medio de la nube, y subió al monte: y estuvo Moisés en el monte cuarenta días y cuarenta noches.

And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.
