NON levare un falso grido; non metter mano con l'empio per esser testimonio falso.

NO admitirás falso rumor. No te concertarás con el impío para ser testigo falso.

Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

“You shall not spread a false report. Don’t join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness.

Non andar dietro a' grandi per far male; e non dar sentenza in una lite, inchinando a favorire i grandi, per far torto.

No seguirás á los muchos para mal hacer; ni responderás en litigio inclinándote á los más para hacer agravios;

Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:

“You shall not follow a crowd to do evil. You shall not testify in court to side with a multitude to pervert justice.

Non avere altresì rispetto al povero nella sua lite.

Ni al pobre distinguirás en su causa.

Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause.

You shall not favor a poor man in his cause.

Se tu incontri il bue del tuo nemico, o l'asino suo smarrito, del tutto riconduciglielo.

Si encontrares el buey de tu enemigo ó su asno extraviado, vuelve á llevárselo.

If thou meet thine enemy’s ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.

“If you meet your enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, you shall surely bring it back to him again.

Se tu vedi l'asino di colui che ti odia giacer sotto il suo carico, mentre tu ti rimani di aiutarlo a farglielo andare oltre, del tutto fa' con lui sì che possa andare oltre.

Si vieres el asno del que te aborrece caído debajo de su carga, ¿le dejarás entonces desamparado? Sin falta ayudarás con él á levantarlo.

If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

If you see the donkey of him who hates you fallen down under his burden, don’t leave him. You shall surely help him with it.

Non far torto al tuo bisognoso nella sua lite.

No pervertirás el derecho de tu mendigo en su pleito.

Thou shalt not wrest the judgment of thy poor in his cause.

“You shall not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.

Allontanati dal parlar falso; e non far morir l'innocente nè il giusto; perciocchè io non assolverò l'empio.

De palabra de mentira te alejarás, y no matarás al inocente y justo; porque yo no justificaré al impío.

Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

“Keep far from a false charge, and don’t kill the innocent and righteous; for I will not justify the wicked.

E non prender presenti; perciocchè il presente accieca coloro che hanno chiara vista, e sovverte le parole de' giusti.

No recibirás presente; porque el presente ciega á los que ven, y pervierte las palabras justas.

And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.

“You shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds those who have sight and perverts the words of the righteous.

E non oppressare il forestiere; perciocchè voi sapete in quale stato è l'anima del forestiere, essendo stati forestieri nel paese di Egitto.

Y no angustiarás al extranjero: pues vosotros sabéis cómo se halla el alma del extranjero, ya que extranjeros fuisteis en la tierra de Egipto.

Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

“You shall not oppress an alien, for you know the heart of an alien, since you were aliens in the land of Egypt.

Semina la tua terra sei anni, e ricogli il frutto di essa.

Seis años sembrarás tu tierra, y allegarás su cosecha:

And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof:

“For six years you shall sow your land, and shall gather in its increase,

Ma ogni settimo anno lasciala vacare, e in abbandono, e mangino i bisognosi del tuo popolo il frutto di essa; e ciò che rimarrà loro, manginlo le bestie della campagna; fa' il simigliante alla tua vigna ed a' tuoi ulivi.

Mas el séptimo la dejarás vacante y soltarás, para que coman los pobres de tu pueblo; y de lo que quedare comerán las bestias del campo; así harás de tu viña y de tu olivar.

But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.

but the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow, that the poor of your people may eat; and what they leave the animal of the field shall eat. In the same way, you shall deal with your vineyard and with your olive grove.

Sei giorni fa' le tue faccende; ma al settimo giorno riposati; acciocchè il tuo bue, e il tuo asino, abbiano requie; e il figliuolo della tua serva, e il forestiere possano respirare.

Seis días harás tus negocios, y al séptimo día holgarás, á fin que descanse tu buey y tu asno, y tome refrigerio el hijo de tu sierva, y el extranjero.

Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.

“Six days you shall do your work, and on the seventh day you shall rest, that your ox and your donkey may have rest, and the son of your servant, and the alien may be refreshed.

E prendete guardia a tutto quello che io vi ho detto; e non ricordate il nome degl'iddii stranieri; non odasi quello nella tua bocca.

Y en todo lo que os he dicho seréis avisados. Y nombre de otros dioses no mentaréis, ni se oirá de vuestra boca.

And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.

“Be careful to do all things that I have said to you; and don’t invoke the name of other gods or even let them be heard out of your mouth.

Celebrami tre feste solenni per anno.

Tres veces en el año me celebraréis fiesta.

Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.

“You shall observe a feast to me three times a year.

Osserva la festa degli azzimi; mangia pani azzimi per sette giorni, come io ti ho comandato, nel tempo ordinato del mese di Abib; conciossiachè in quel mese tu sii uscito fuori di Egitto; e non comparisca alcuno davanti alla mia faccia vuoto.

La fiesta de los ázimos guardarás: siete días comerás los panes sin levadura, como yo te mandé, en el tiempo del mes de Abib; porque en él saliste de Egipto: y ninguno comparecerá vacío delante de mí:

Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)

You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it you came out of Egypt), and no one shall appear before me empty.

Parimente osserva la festa della mietitura, delle primizie de' tuoi frutti, di ciò che tu avrai seminato nel tuo campo; e la festa della ricolta, all'uscita dell'anno, quando tu avrai ricolti i tuoi frutti d'in sui campi.

También la fiesta de la siega, los primeros frutos de tus labores que hubieres sembrado en el campo; y la fiesta de la cosecha á la salida del año, cuando habrás recogido tus labores del campo.

And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.

And the feast of harvest, the first fruits of your labors, which you sow in the field; and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when you gather in your labors out of the field.

Tre volte l'anno comparisca ogni maschio tuo davanti alla faccia del Signore, ch'è l'Eterno.

Tres veces en el año parecerá todo varón tuyo delante del Señor Jehová.

Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.

Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord GOD.

Non sacrificare il sangue del mio sacrificio con pan lievitato; e non sia guardato il grasso dell'agnello della mia solennità la notte fino alla mattina.

No ofrecerás con pan leudo la sangre de mi sacrificio; ni el sebo de mi víctima quedará de la noche hasta la mañana.

Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning.

“You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The fat of my feast shall not remain all night until the morning.

Porta nella Casa del Signore Iddio tuo le primizie de' primi frutti della tua terra. Non cuocere il capretto nel latte di sua madre.

Las primicias de los primeros frutos de tu tierra traerás á la casa de Jehová tu Dios. No guisarás el cabrito con la leche de su madre.

The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk.

You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground into the house of the LORD your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

ECCO, io mando un Angelo davanti a te, per guardarti per lo cammino, e per condurti al luogo che io ho preparato.

He aquí yo envío el Angel delante de ti para que te guarde en el camino, y te introduzca en el lugar que yo he preparado.

Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

“Behold, I send an angel before you, to keep you by the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.

Guardati, per la sua presenza, e ubbidisci alla sua voce, e non irritarlo; perciocchè egli non vi perdonerà i vostri misfatti; conciossiachè il mio Nome sia in lui.

Guárdate delante de él, y oye su voz; no le seas rebelde; porque él no perdonará vuestra rebelión: porque mi nombre está en él.

Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.

Pay attention to him, and listen to his voice. Don’t provoke him, for he will not pardon your disobedience, for my name is in him.

Ma se pure tu ubbidisci alla sua voce, e fai tutto quello che io ti dirò, io sarò nemico de' tuoi nemici, e avversario dei tuoi avversari.

Pero si en verdad oyeres su voz, é hicieres todo lo que yo te dijere, seré enemigo á tus enemigos, y afligiré á los que te afligieren.

But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

But if you indeed listen to his voice, and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and an adversary to your adversaries.

Perciocchè l'Angelo mio andrà davanti a te, e t'introdurrà nel paese degli Amorrei, degl'Hittei, dei Ferezei, de' Cananei, degl'Hivvei, a dei Gebusei; ed io distruggerò que' popoli.

Porque mi Angel irá delante de ti, y te introducirá al Amorrheo, y al Hetheo, y al Pherezeo, y al Cananeo, y al Heveo, y al Jebuseo, á los cuales yo haré destruir.

For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

For my angel shall go before you, and bring you in to the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; and I will cut them off.

Non adorar gl'iddii loro, e non servir loro; e non far secondo l'opere di quei popoli; anzi distruggi quelli affatto, e del tutto spezza le loro statue.

No te inclinarás á sus dioses, ni los servirás, ni harás como ellos hacen; antes los destruirás del todo, y quebrantarás enteramente sus estatuas.

Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor follow their practices, but you shall utterly overthrow them and demolish their pillars.

E servite al Signore Iddio vostro, ed egli benedirà il tuo pane, e la tua acqua; ed io torrò via ogni infermità dal mezzo di te.

Mas á Jehová vuestro Dios serviréis, y él bendecirá tu pan y tus aguas; y yo quitaré toda enfermedad de en medio de ti.

And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

You shall serve the LORD your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.

E' non vi sarà nel tuo paese femmina che sperda, nè sterile; io compierò il numero de' tuoi giorni.

No habrá mujer que aborte, ni estéril en tu tierra; y yo cumpliré el número de tus días.

There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.

No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days.

Io manderò davanti a te il mio spavento, e metterò in rotta ogni popolo, nel cui paese tu entrerai, e farò che tutti i tuoi nemici volteran le spalle dinanzi a te.

Yo enviaré mi terror delante de ti, y consternaré á todo pueblo donde tú entrares, y te daré la cerviz de todos tus enemigos.

I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.

I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.

Manderò eziandio davanti a te de' calabroni, i quali scacceranno gl'Hivvei, i Cananei, e gl'Hittei dal tuo cospetto.

Yo enviaré la avispa delante de ti, que eche fuera al Heveo, y al Cananeo, y al Hetheo, de delante de ti:

And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.

I will send the hornet before you, which will drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before you.

Io non li scaccerò dal tuo cospetto in un anno; che talora il paese non divenga deserto, e che le fiere della campagna non moltiplichino contro a te.

No los echaré de delante de ti en un año, porque no quede la tierra desierta, y se aumenten contra ti las bestias del campo.

I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.

I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the animals of the field multiply against you.

Io li scaccerò dal tuo cospetto a poco a poco, finchè tu sii cresciuto, e abbi presa la possessione del paese.

Poco á poco los echaré de delante de ti, hasta que te multipliques y tomes la tierra por heredad.

By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.

Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and inherit the land.

E io porrò i tuoi confini dal mar rosso fino al mar de' Filistei; e dal deserto fino al Fiume; perciocchè io darò nelle vostre mani gli abitanti del paese, e tu li scaccerai dinanzi a te.

Y yo pondré tu término desde el mar Bermejo hasta la mar de Palestina, y desde el desierto hasta el río: porque pondré en vuestras manos los moradores de la tierra, y tú los echarás de delante de ti.

And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.

I will set your border from the Red Sea even to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.

Non far lega alcuna con loro, nè co' loro iddii.

No harás alianza con ellos, ni con sus dioses.

Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.

You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.

Non abitino essi nel tuo paese, chè talora non ti facciano peccare contro a me; conciossiachè tu serviresti agl'iddii loro; perciocchè quello ti sarebbe in laccio.

En tu tierra no habitarán, no sea que te hagan pecar contra mí sirviendo á sus dioses: porque te será de tropiezo.

They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me: for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.

They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against me, for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”
