Éxodo 23

Bestechung sollst du nicht annehmen; denn die Bestechung macht Sehende blind und verdreht die Sache derer, die im Rechte sind. (a) 5Mo 16:19

No recibirás presente; porque el presente ciega á los que ven, y pervierte las palabras justas.

And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.

“You shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds those who have sight and perverts the words of the righteous.
