Éxodo 23

Habt acht auf euch in allem, was ich euch befohlen habe! Den Namen andrer Götter sollst du nicht anrufen, und er soll aus deinem Munde nicht gehört werden. (a) Jos 23:7

Y en todo lo que os he dicho seréis avisados. Y nombre de otros dioses no mentaréis, ni se oirá de vuestra boca.

And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.

“Be careful to do all things that I have said to you; and don’t invoke the name of other gods or even let them be heard out of your mouth.
