If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.

Si le soleil est levé, on est coupable de meurtre. Le voleur doit indemniser ; s'il n'a pas de quoi, on le vendra pour ce qu'il a volé.
Si el sol hubiere sobre él salido, el matador será reo de homicidio: el ladrón habrá de restituir cumplidamente; si no tuviere, será vendido por su hurto.
If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
If the sun has risen on him, he is guilty of bloodshed. He shall make restitution. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
Si ce qu'il a volé, que ce soit un bœuf, un âne ou un mouton, se retrouve vivant en sa possession, il indemnisera en donnant le double.
Si fuere hallado con el hurto en la mano, sea buey ó asno ú oveja vivos, pagará el duplo.
If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double.

Lorsqu'un feu éclatera et gagnera des épines et dévorera du blé en meule ou du blé sur pied ou un champ, celui qui aura allumé ce feu sera tenu d'indemniser.
Cuando rompiere un fuego, y hallare espinas, y fuere quemado montón, ó haza, ó campo, el que encendió el fuego pagará lo quemado.
If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution.

Lorsqu'un homme donnera en garde à un autre de l'argent ou des meubles, et qu'ils se trouveront avoir été volés de la maison de celui-ci, si l'on découvre le voleur, il indemnisera en rendant le double ;
Cuando alguno diere á su prójimo plata ó alhajas á guardar, y fuere hurtado de la casa de aquel hombre, si el ladrón se hallare, pagará el doble.
If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man’s house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.
“If a man delivers to his neighbor money or stuff to keep, and it is stolen out of the man’s house, if the thief is found, he shall pay double.
Si on ne découvre pas le voleur, le maître de la maison comparaîtra devant Dieu pour qu'on sache s'il n'a pas mis la main sur le bien de son prochain.
Si el ladrón no se hallare, entonces el dueño de la casa será presentado á los jueces, para ver si ha metido su mano en la hacienda de su prójimo.
If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods.
If the thief isn’t found, then the master of the house shall come near to God, to find out whether or not he has put his hand on his neighbor’s goods.
Quel que soit le corps d'un délit, bœuf, âne, mouton, manteau ou tout objet perdu dont quelqu'un dira : C'est bien celui-là ! l'affaire des deux parties sera portée devant Dieu ; celui que Dieu condamnera, rendra le double à son prochain.

le serment de l'Eternel interviendra entre les deux parties pour qu'on sache si le dépositaire n'a pas mis la main sur le bien de l'autre ; et le propriétaire de la bête acceptera ce serment et l'autre n'aura point à indemniser.
Juramento de Jehová tendrá lugar entre ambos de que no echó su mano á la hacienda de su prójimo: y su dueño lo aceptará, y el otro no pagará.

Pero si alguno hubiere tomado prestada bestia de su prójimo, y fuere estropeada ó muerta, ausente su dueño, deberá pagarla.
And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good.
“If a man borrows anything of his neighbor’s, and it is injured, or dies, its owner not being with it, he shall surely make restitution.
si son propriétaire est avec elle, on n'indemnisera point. Si c'est une bête louée, elle était là pour son prix de louage.
Si el dueño estaba presente, no la pagará. Si era alquilada, él vendrá por su alquiler.
But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.
If its owner is with it, he shall not make it good. If it is a leased thing, it came for its lease.
Lorsqu'un homme séduit une vierge qui n'est pas fiancée et a commerce avec elle, il doit payer un douaire en la prenant pour femme.
Y si alguno engañare á alguna doncella que no fuere desposada, y durmiere con ella, deberá dotarla y tomarla por mujer.
And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.
“If a man entices a virgin who isn’t pledged to be married, and lies with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to be his wife.
Si le père refuse positivement de la lui donner, il payera l'argent qu'on donne pour douaire des vierges.
Si su padre no quisiere dársela, él le pesará plata conforme al dote de las vírgenes.

Qui sacrifie aux dieux, si ce n'est à l'Eternel, à lui seul, sera détruit comme anathème.
El que sacrificare á dioses, excepto á sólo Jehová, será muerto.
He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the LORD only, he shall be utterly destroyed.
“He who sacrifices to any god, except to the LORD only, shall be utterly destroyed.
Tu ne feras pas de tort à l'étranger et tu ne l'opprimeras pas, car vous avez été des étrangers dans le pays d'Egypte.

ma colère s'enflammera, et je vous tuerai par l'épée, et vos femmes seront des veuves et vos fils des orphelins.
Y mi furor se encenderá, y os mataré á cuchillo, y vuestras mujeres serán viudas, y huérfanos vuestros hijos.
And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.

Si dieres á mi pueblo dinero emprestado, al pobre que está contigo, no te portarás con él como logrero, ni le impondrás usura.
If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.

Si tu prends en gage le manteau de ton prochain, tu le lui rendras avant que le soleil se couche ;
Si tomares en prenda el vestido de tu prójimo, á puestas del sol se lo volverás:
If thou at all take thy neighbour’s raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down:
If you take your neighbor’s garment as collateral, you shall restore it to him before the sun goes down,
car c'est tout ce qu'il a pour se couvrir, c'est le vêtement de sa peau ; sur quoi coucherait-il ? Et s'il crie à moi, j'entendrai, car je suis compatissant.
Porque sólo aquello es su cubierta, es aquél el vestido para cubrir sus carnes, en el que ha de dormir: y será que cuando él á mí clamare, yo entonces le oiré, porque soy misericordioso.
For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.

Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors: the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me.
