8Bei jedem Fall von Veruntreuung bezüglich eines Ochsen, eines Esels, eines Stückes Kleinvieh, eines Kleides, bezüglich alles Verlorenen, wovon man sagt: „Das ist es“, soll beider Sache vor die Richter kommen; wen die Richter schuldig sprechen, der soll seinem Nächsten das Doppelte erstatten.
