4Läßt jemand ein Feld oder einen Baumgarten abweiden und sein Vieh dabei frei laufen, so daß es auf dem Felde eines andern weidet, so hat er mit dem besten Ertrage seines Feldes und mit dem besten Ertrage seines Baumgartens Ersatz zu leisten. –
