3Pero si lo hiciere después de salido el sol, cometió un homicidio, y así también debe él morir. El ladrón que no tuviere con qué restituir, él mismo ha de ser vendido.

3Si el sol hubiere sobre él salido, el matador será reo de homicidio: el ladrón habrá de restituir cumplidamente; si no tuviere, será vendido por su hurto.

3If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

3If the sun has risen on him, he is guilty of bloodshed. He shall make restitution. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
