Ist aber die Sonne uber ihm aufgegangen, so soil man das Blutgericht gehen lassen. Es soil aber ein Dieb wiedererstatten. Hat er nichts, so verkaufe man ihn urn seinen Diebstahl.

Si el ladrón fuere hallado forzando una casa, y fuere herido y muriere, el que le hirió no será culpado de su muerte.

If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.

If the thief is found breaking in, and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt of bloodshed for him.
