Et si un homme a emprunté †une bête à son prochain, et qu’elle se fasse une fracture, ou qu’elle meure, et que son maître n’ait pas été avec elle, il fera certainement compensation.

Y si le hubiere sido arrebatado por fiera, traerle ha testimonio, y no pagará lo arrebatado.

If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it for witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn.
