22Wenn Männer sich zanken und stoßen ein schwangeres Weib, daß eine Fehlgeburt entsteht, aber sonst kein Schade, so muß eine Geldstrafe erlegt werden, wie sie der Ehemann des Weibes festsetzt; und man soll sie auf richterliche Entscheidung hin geben.

22If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

22“If men fight and hurt a pregnant woman so that she gives birth prematurely, and yet no harm follows, he shall be surely fined as much as the woman’s husband demands and the judges allow.
