Éxodo 21

Wenn sich Männer miteinander hadern, und einer schlägt den andern mit einem Stein oder mit einer Faust, daß er nicht stirbt, sondern zu Bette liegt:

Además, si algunos riñeren, y alguno hiriere á su prójimo con piedra ó con el puño, y no muriere, pero cayere en cama;

And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:

“If men quarrel and one strikes the other with a stone, or with his fist, and he doesn’t die, but is confined to bed;
