Und so du mir einen steinernen Altar willst machen, sollst du ihn nicht von gehauenen Steinen bauen; denn wo du mit deinem Messer daruber fahrest, so wirst du ihn entweihen.

Y si me hicieres altar de piedras, no las labres de cantería; porque si alzares tu pico sobre él, tú lo profanarás.

And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.

If you make me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of cut stones; for if you lift up your tool on it, you have polluted it.
