22Estos hombres deben juzgar al pueblo de manera continua. Pueden traertelos asuntos más grandes, pero podrán decidirpor sí mismos respecto a todos los asuntos pequeños. De esta manera su carga se hará más ligera a medida que la compartan.

22Los cuales juzgarán al pueblo en todo tiempo; y será que todo negocio grave lo traerán á ti, y ellos juzgarán todo negocio pequeño: alivia así la carga de sobre ti, y llevarla han ellos contigo.

22And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.

22Let them judge the people at all times. It shall be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they shall judge themselves. So shall it be easier for you, and they shall share the load with you.
