12Da sagte der König zu der Königin Esther: »In der Residenz Susa haben die Juden gemordet und fünfhundert Mann ums Leben gebracht, auch die zehn Söhne Hamans; was mögen sie da wohl in den übrigen Provinzen des Reiches angerichtet haben? Doch was ist deine Bitte? Sie soll dir gewährt werden. Und was ist weiter noch dein Wunsch? Er soll erfüllt werden.«

12Y dijo el rey á la reina Esther: En Susán, capital del reino, han muerto los Judíos y destruído á quinientos hombres, y á diez hijos de Amán; ¿qué habrán hecho en las otras provincias del rey? ¿Cuál pues es tu petición, y te será concedida? ¿ó qué más es tu demanda, y será hecho?

12And the king said unto Esther the queen, The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in Shushan the palace, and the ten sons of Haman; what have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces? now what is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: or what is thy request further? and it shall be done.

12The king said to Esther the queen, “The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in the citadel of Susa, including the ten sons of Haman; what then have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces! Now what is your petition? It shall be granted you. What is your further request? It shall be done.”
