8Da sagte Haman zum König Ahasveros: "Es gibt ein ganz besonderes Volk, das bei den Völkern da in allen Ländern deines Reiches zerstreut und abgesondert lebt. Verschieden auch sind seine Vorschriften von denen jedes anderen Volkes. Sie folgen nicht den Satzungen des Königs, daß es dem König gar nichts nützt, sie so gewähren zu lassen.

8Y dijo Amán al rey Assuero: Hay un pueblo esparcido y dividido entre los pueblos en todas las provincias de tu reino, y sus leyes son diferentes de las de todo pueblo, y no observan las leyes del rey; y al rey no viene provecho de dejarlos.

8And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.

8Haman said to King Ahasuerus, “There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom, and their laws are different from other people’s. They don’t keep the king’s laws. Therefore it is not for the king’s profit to allow them to remain.
