En cuanto a ustedes, estaban muertos en sus delitos y sus pecados.
Y DE ella recibisteis vosotros, que estabais muertos en vuestros delitos y pecados,
And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins,
Eran en estos, que una vez ustedes caminaron, de acuerdo al tiempo de este mundo. Ustedes estaban caminando de acuerdo al gobernador de las autoridades del aire. Este es el espíritu de aquel que está trabajando en los hijos de desobediencia.
En que en otro tiempo anduvisteis conforme á la condición de este mundo, conforme al príncipe de la potestad del aire, el espíritu que ahora obra en los hijos de desobediencia:
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience.
Nosotros todos estuvimos entre estos incrédulos. Nosotros estábamos actuando de acuerdo a los malos deseos de nuestra carne y de la mente. Nosotros éramos por naturaleza hijos de ira como los otros.
Entre los cuales todos nosotros también vivimos en otro tiempo en los deseos de nuestra carne, haciendo la voluntad de la carne y de los pensamientos; y éramos por naturaleza hijos de ira, también como los demás.
Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Pero Dios es rico en misericordia a causa de Su gran amor con el cual nos amó a nosotros.

Él hizo esto para que en los tiempos venideros Él pudiera mostrarnos las grandes riquezas de Su gracia. Él nos mostró esto por medio de su bondad en Jesucristo.

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Pues por gracia han sido ustedes salvos por medio de la fe, y esto no vino de ustedes, es un regalo de Dios.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
No es por obras y así que nadie se jacte.

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Porque nosotros somos hechura de Dios, creados en Jesucristo para hacer buenas obras que Dios planificó hace mucho tiempo atrás, para que nosotros podamos caminar en ellas.
Porque somos hechura suya, criados en Cristo Jesús para buenas obras, las cuales Dios preparó para que anduviésemos en ellas.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Por lo tanto recuerden que una vez ustedes fueron gentiles en la carne. Ustedes son llamados "incircuncisos" por lo que es llamado la circuncisión en la carne hecha por manos humanas.
Por tanto, acordaos que en otro tiempo vosotros los Gentiles en la carne, que erais llamados incircuncisión por la que se llama circuncisión, hecha con mano en la carne;
Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
Therefore remember that once you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “uncircumcision” by that which is called “circumcision” (in the flesh, made by hands),
Porque en ese tiempo ustedes estaban separados de Cristo. Ustedes fueron extranjeros al pueblo de Israel. Ustedes eran extraños a los pactos de la promesa. Ustedes no tenían certeza a cerca del futuro. Ustedes estaban sin Dios en el mundo.
Que en aquel tiempo estabais sin Cristo, alejados de la república de Israel, y extranjeros á los pactos de la promesa, sin esperanza y sin Dios en el mundo.
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
that you were at that time separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of the promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
Pero ahora en Jesucristo, ustedes que una vez estaban muy lejos de Dios, han sido traídos cerca de Dios por la sangre de Cristo.
Mas ahora en Cristo Jesús, vosotros que en otro tiempo estabais lejos, habéis sido hechos cercanos por la sangre de Cristo.
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near in the blood of Christ.
Porque Él es nuestra paz. Él hizo a los dos, uno. Por su carne Él destruyó la pared de división que nos dividía a nosotros, la hostilidad.
Porque él es nuestra paz, que de ambos hizo uno, derribando la pared intermedia de separación;
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
For he is our peace, who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of separation,
Esto es, Él abolió la ley de los mandamientos y las regulaciones para que Él pueda crear un nuevo hombre en Él mismo. Él hizo paz.
Dirimiendo en su carne las enemistades, la ley de los mandamientos en orden á ritos, para edificar en sí mismo los dos en un nuevo hombre, haciendo la paz,
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
having abolished in his flesh the hostility, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man of the two, making peace,
Él hizo esto para reconciliar a ambos pueblos, en un cuerpo para Dios a través de la cruz. Con la cruz Él puso a muerte la hostilidad.
Y reconciliar por la cruz con Dios á ambos en un mismo cuerpo, matando en ella las enemistades.
And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, having killed the hostility through it.
Jesús vino y proclamó paz a ustedes que estaban muy lejos y paz a los que estaban cerca.
Y vino, y anunció la paz á vosotros que estabais lejos, y á los que estaban cerca:
And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
He came and preached peace to you who were far off and to those who were near.
Por medio de Jesús, ambos tenemos acceso en un Espíritu al Padre.
Que por él los unos y los otros tenemos entrada por un mismo Espíritu al Padre.
For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

Así entonces, ahora ustedes gentiles ya no son extraños y extranjeros. En cambio ustedes son compañeros ciudadanos con aquellos separados por Dios y miembros de la familia de Dios.
Así que ya no sois extranjeros ni advenedizos, sino juntamente ciudadanos con los santos, y domésticos de Dios;
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and of the household of God,
Ustedes han sido edificados en la fundación de los apóstoles y profetas. Jesucristo mismo era la piedra angular.
Edificados sobre el fundamento de los apóstoles y profetas, siendo la principal piedra del ángulo Jesucristo mismo;
And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone;
En Él, todo el edificio encaja y crece como un templo en el Señor.
En el cual, compaginado todo el edificio, va creciendo para ser un templo santo en el Señor:
In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
in whom the whole building, fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord;
Es en Él, que ustedes también están siendo construidos juntos como un lugar de habitación para Dios en el Espíritu.
En el cual vosotros también sois juntamente edificados, para morada de Dios en Espíritu.
In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
