Ma tutto rimane nell'incertezza sino al tempo, che verrà; perocché tutto succede del pari al giusto, ed all'empio, al buono, ed al cattivo, al mondo, e all'immondo, a colui, che immola vittime, e a colui che disprezza i sacrifizj, come l'uomo retto così il peccatore, e come è trattato colui, che spergiura, così quegli che giura secondo la verità.
Todo acontece de la misma manera á todos: un mismo suceso ocurre al justo y al impío; al bueno y al limpio y al no limpio; al que sacrifica, y al que no sacrifica: como el bueno, así el que peca; el que jura, como el que teme el juramento.
All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath.
