1Dies alles habe ich mir zu Herzen genommen, und dies habe ich zu erkennen gesucht, daß die Gerechten und die Weisen und ihre Werke in der Hand Gottes sind. Der Mensch merkt weder Liebe noch Haß; es steht ihnen alles bevor, den einen wie den andern.

1For all this I considered in my heart even to declare all this, that the righteous, and the wise, and their works, are in the hand of God: no man knoweth either love or hatred by all that is before them.
