Tutte queste cose io disaminai nel mio cuore, affin di discernerle chiaramente. I giusti, e i sapienti, e le opere loro sono nella mano di Dio; eppur non sa l'uomo s'ei sia degno di amore, o di odio:
CIERTAMENTE dado he mi corazón á todas estas cosas, para declarar todo esto: que los justos y los sabios, y sus obras, están en la mano de Dios; y que no sabe el hombre ni el amor ni el odio por todo lo que pasa delante de él.
For all this I considered in my heart even to declare all this, that the righteous, and the wise, and their works, are in the hand of God: no man knoweth either love or hatred by all that is before them.
