J'ai vu la tâche que Dieu a donnée aux enfants des hommes, pour qu'ils s'y exercent.

Il fait toute chose belle en son temps ; quoiqu'il ait mis dans leur cœur le sentiment de l'éternité, ils ne parviennent cependant pas à comprendre l'œuvre que Dieu fait, du commencement à la fin.
Todo lo hizo hermoso en su tiempo: y aun el mundo dió en su corazón, de tal manera que no alcance el hombre la obra de Dios desde el principio hasta el cabo.

Je vis donc qu'il n'y a rien de mieux sinon que l'homme ait de la joie de ce qu'il fait ; car c'est là son lot. Car qui le fera venir pour voir ce qui sera après lui ?
