Ich war darauf bedacht, zu erkennen, was Weisheit, / zu erkennen, was Tollheit und Torheit sei. / Doch ich erkannte: Auch dies ist nur ein Haschen nach Wind. / (a) Pre 7:26

Y dí mi corazón á conocer la sabiduría, y también á entender las locuras y los desvaríos: conocí que aun esto era aflicción de espíritu.

And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.
