Deuteronomio 8

Prenez garde de faire tous les commandements que je vous ordonne aujourd’hui, afin que vous viviez, et que vous soyez multipliés, et que vous entriez au pays dont l’Eternel a juré à vos pères, et que vous le possédiez.

CUIDARÉIS de poner por obra todo mandamiento que yo os ordeno hoy, porque viváis, y seáis multiplicados, y entréis, y poseáis la tierra, de la cual juró Jehová á vuestros padres.

All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.

You shall observe to do all the commandments which I command you today, that you may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers.

Et qu’il te souvienne de tout le chemin par lequel l’Eternel ton Dieu t’a fait marcher durant ces quarante ans dans ce désert, afin de t’humilier et de t’éprouver ; pour connaître ce qui était en ton coeur, si tu garderais ses commandements, ou non.

Y acordarte has de todo el camino por donde te ha traído Jehová tu Dios estos cuarenta años en el desierto, para afligirte, por probarte, para saber lo que estaba en tu corazón, si habías de guardar ó no sus mandamientos.

And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

You shall remember all the way which the LORD your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, to test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments or not.

Il t’a donc humilié, et t’a fait avoir faim, mais il t’a repu de Manne, laquelle tu n’avais point connue, ni tes pères aussi ; afin de te faire connaître que l’homme ne vivra pas de pain seulement, mais que l’homme vivra de tout ce qui sort de la bouche de Dieu.

Y te afligió, é hízote tener hambre, y te sustentó con maná, comida que no conocías tú, ni tus padres la habían conocido; para hacerte saber que el hombre no vivirá de solo pan, mas de todo lo que sale de la boca de Jehová vivirá el hombre.

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

He humbled you, allowed you to be hungry, and fed you with manna, which you didn’t know, neither did your fathers know, that he might teach you that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of the LORD’s mouth.

Ton vêtement ne s’est point envieilli sur toi, et ton pied n’a point été foulé durant ces quarante ans.

Tu vestido nunca se envejeció sobre ti, ni el pie se te ha hinchado por estos cuarenta años.

Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years.

Your clothing didn’t grow old on you, neither did your foot swell, these forty years.

Connais donc en ton coeur que l’Eternel ton Dieu te châtie, comme un homme châtie son enfant.

Reconoce asimismo en tu corazón, que como castiga el hombre á su hijo, así Jehová tu Dios te castiga.

Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.

You shall consider in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so the LORD your God disciplines you.

Et garde les commandements de l’Eternel ton Dieu, pour marcher dans ses voies, et pour le craindre.

Guardarás, pues, los mandamientos de Jehová tu Dios, andando en sus caminos, y temiéndolo.

Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.

You shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.

Car l’Eternel ton Dieu te va faire entrer dans un bon pays, qui est un pays de torrents d’eaux, de fontaines et d’abîmes, qui naissent dans les campagnes et dans les montagnes ;

Porque Jehová tu Dios te introduce en la buena tierra, tierra de arroyos, de aguas, de fuentes, de abismos que brotan por vegas y montes;

For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;

For the LORD your God brings you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of springs, and underground water flowing into valleys and hills;

Un pays de blé, d’orge, de vignes, de figuiers, et de grenadiers ; un pays d’oliviers qui portent de l’huile, et un pays de miel ;

Tierra de trigo y cebada, y de vides, é higueras, y granados; tierra de olivas, de aceite, y de miel;

A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;

Un pays où tu ne mangeras point le pain avec disette, et où rien ne te manquera ; un pays dont les pierres sont du fer, et des montagnes duquel tu tailleras l’airain.

Tierra en la cual no comerás el pan con escasez, no te faltará nada en ella; tierra que sus piedras son hierro, y de sus montes cortarás metal.

A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.

Tu mangeras donc et tu seras rassasié, et tu béniras l’Eternel ton Dieu, à cause du bon pays qu’il t’aura donné.

Y comerás y te hartarás, y bendecirás á Jehová tu Dios por la buena tierra que te habrá dado.

When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.

You shall eat and be full, and you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which he has given you.

Prends garde à toi de peur que tu n’oublies l’Eternel ton Dieu, en ne gardant point ses commandements, ses droits, et ses statuts que je te commande aujourd’hui.

Guárdate, que no te olvides de Jehová tu Dios, para no observar sus mandamientos, y sus derechos, y sus estatutos, que yo te ordeno hoy:

Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:

Beware lest you forget the LORD your God, in not keeping his commandments, his ordinances, and his statutes, which I command you today;

Et de peur que mangeant, et étant rassasié, et bâtissant de belles maisons, et y demeurant ;

Que quizá no comas y te hartes, y edifiques buenas casas en que mores,

Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;

lest, when you have eaten and are full, and have built fine houses and lived in them;

Et ton gros et menu bétail étant accru, et ton argent et ton or étant multipliés, et tout ce que tu auras étant augmenté ;

Y tus vacas y tus ovejas se aumenten, y la plata y el oro se te multiplique, y todo lo que tuvieres se te aumente,

And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;

and when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold is multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied;

Alors ton coeur ne s’élève, et que tu n’oublies l’Eternel ton Dieu, qui ta retiré du pays d’Egypte, de la maison de servitude.

Y se eleve luego tu corazón, y te olvides de Jehová tu Dios, que te sacó de tierra de Egipto, de casa de siervos;

Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;

then your heart might be lifted up, and you forget the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage;

Qui t’a fait marcher par ce désert grand et terrible, désert de serpents, même de serpents brûlants, et de scorpions, aride, où il n’y a point d’eau ; et qui t’a fait sortir de l’eau d’un rocher qui était un pur caillou,

Que te hizo caminar por un desierto grande y espantoso, de serpientes ardientes, y de escorpiones, y de sed, donde ningún agua había, y él te sacó agua de la roca del pedernal;

Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;

who led you through the great and terrible wilderness, with venomous snakes and scorpions, and thirsty ground where there was no water; who poured water for you out of the rock of flint;

Qui te donne à manger dans ce désert la Manne que tes pères n’avaient point connue, afin de t’humilier, et de t’éprouver, pour te faire enfin du bien.

Que te sustentó con maná en el desierto, comida que tus padres no habían conocido, afligiéndote y probándote, para á la postre hacerte bien;

Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;

who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers didn’t know, that he might humble you, and that he might prove you, to do you good at your latter end;

Et que tu ne dises en ton coeur : Ma puissance et la force de ma main m’ont acquis ces facultés.

Y digas en tu corazón: Mi poder y la fortaleza de mi mano me han traído esta riqueza.

And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.

and lest you say in your heart, “My power and the might of my hand has gotten me this wealth.”

Mais il te souviendra de l’Eternel ton Dieu, car c’est lui qui te donne de la force pour acquérir des biens, afin de ratifier son alliance, qu’il a jurée à tes pères, comme il paraît aujourd’hui.

Antes acuérdate de Jehová tu Dios: porque él te da el poder para hacer las riquezas, á fin de confirmar su pacto que juró á tus padres, como en este día.

But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

But you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today.

Mais s’il arrive que tu oublies en aucune manière l’Eternel ton Dieu, et que tu ailles après les autres dieux, que tu les serves, et que tu te prosternes devant eux, je proteste contre vous que vous périrez certainement.

Mas será, si llegares á olvidarte de Jehová tu Dios, y anduvieres en pos de dioses ajenos, y les sirvieres, y á ellos te encorvares, protéstolo hoy contra vosotros, que de cierto pereceréis.

And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.

It shall be, if you shall forget the LORD your God, and walk after other gods, and serve them and worship them, I testify against you today that you shall surely perish.

Vous périrez comme les nations que l’Eternel fait périr devant vous, parce que vous n’aurez point obéi à la voix de l’Eternel votre Dieu.

Como las gentes que Jehová destruirá delante de vosotros, así pereceréis; por cuanto no habréis atendido á la voz de Jehová vuestro Dios.

As the nations which the LORD destroyeth before your face, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God.

As the nations that the LORD makes to perish before you, so you shall perish, because you wouldn’t listen to the LORD your God’s voice.
